2 business days to receive payments from businesses

Was instant but now No more instant payment from business bank account to my myfin personal bank account , must wait 2 business days 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm using another bank now!! You are loosing customers for bad reasons...

I have contacted your support multiple…

I have contacted your support multiple times with no response. You have closed my account and are holding my money without any legal explanation. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

I demand immediate contact regarding my case. I will not stay silent while my funds are being withheld without cause. If I don’t hear from you soon, I will escalate this legally and publicly.

Kindly respond and resolve this matter without further delay.

I can't no longing to my account and…

I can't no longing to my account and there is money in it, their phone is off, support does not answer, I have tried several times and there are many who read in the comments on their Facebook page and Instagram who have the same problem as me. Is this possible and is this normal? Our money is suspended without any response from the bank support.

MyFin stole from my payments

Dear greetings,

My name is Farouk, and I would like to share my experience with MyFin. My access to my deposited funds was revoked under the excuse that my identity verification was unacceptable. When I submitted a new identity file, the response was always the same: "Rejected, please resend." I have sent about 8 requests so far, but unfortunately, I keep facing the same issue with continuous rejections.
And all of this, their support is very slow to respond, and they don't reply at all. I feel like I'm dealing with bots.

This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and losses, and I feel that the company is not showing any interest in resolving this issue. I hope my review will help shed light on these unacceptable practices.

This is the best bank i ever used

This is the best bank i ever used. People here complaining about blocked accounts.. this is just for AML procedures and they will re-activate your account if everything is alright...they are not scammers...they are professionals..sometimes they dont respond but they are working on your case. I have been using this bank services for 8 months now with no issues

They block my account after i change number

Myfin bank is scam me and they block my account due i ask for change phone number and i send many email for payout all money in my accounts and they not help me its very scam and answer stander word your account block also they reply after 3 days i has this problem from 15 days till now
This not bank this bulshit bank

Negative experience with MyFin

Dear greetings,
My name is Pedro do Rosário Jorge Sapuile and I come to share my experience with MyFin. Recently, I had my access to the account blocked without prior notice and, despite repeatedly requesting the reactivation of the login, the company did not pronounce itself satisfactorily. In addition, a deposit in EUR was made in my account, and I requested the reversal of these amounts as informed in the attachment, but I also did not get a return.

This situation has caused inconvenience and losses, and I believe that other consumers should be aware of the problems faced. I hope my evaluation will help pressure MyFin to solve these issues with the urgency that the case requires.

I have been locked out of my MyFin…

I have been locked out of my MyFin account for 30 days now. Every time I try to log in, I get an error saying: "Wrong phone number or password." I am 100% sure my credentials are correct.

When I contacted customer support, they told me my account is restricted and that I have to wait for their team to respond. Meanwhile, I have €3,000 in my account that I cannot access. There has been no clear explanation or timeline for resolution.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a financial institution. I need access to my funds immediately, but all I get are vague responses and delays. I do not recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable service.

I got scammed €450 through a written agreement to purchase something through Wallapop and after reporting to Spanish, Italian and Bulgarian police Myfin refuses to send me the money back.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, my experience with MyFin has been very disappointing. I have tried to verify my account multiple times, but each time I receive a message saying that my registration is being processed and to try again later. I have been waiting for a long time without any updates or clear responses from customer support.

MyFin Withheld My €228 and Ignores My Support Requests

I recently attempted to add €228 to my MyFin account. The amount was deducted from my debit card and appears in my MyFin statement, but it was never credited to my account balance. When I made the transaction, it initially showed as unsuccessful, yet the money was still taken from my debit card.

I have contacted MyFin support multiple times, but they have completely ignored my messages. It has been 3 days with no resolution, no response, and no explanation. This is unacceptable for a financial Service.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with MyFin's handling of my blocked account. Despite providing all required documents, including my CCP statement and income details, my account remains blocked, and I’ve received no response from support.

This is causing significant stress as I urgently need access to my funds to cover my elderly parent’s hospitalization expenses. The lack of communication and urgency from MyFin is unacceptable, especially during such a critical time.

I hope MyFin resolves this immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.

Myfin blocked my account.

Myfin blocked my account.

At the same time, my friend's account was also blocked.

They don't care at all.

They haven't responded to any of my emails for months.

Normally they would answer my calls and tell me I should wait.

They don't even answer my calls anymore!

A huge financial institution blocks my account with my balance in it and does not respond at all!!!!!

This is my second complaint and they still don't care.

STAY AWAAAAY FROM THIS !!!!

They blocked my account without a notice and now I can't even log in
I've responded to their email with all the requested documents but they didn't make any action since a week. I need the balance of the account urgently but they are very unprofessional. I don't recommend any body to use their poor services

Slow action.

A week ago I messaged that I got scammed from Spain and sent the notice with a police report, now I receive the ansawer... and this bank is taking it wayyy too calmly. I'm pretty sure that despite the transfer was quite hefty, my money won't come back and the criminal in question will still roam free, because of course online money theft is unpunished.
