Super company … great customer service, gym classes and clothes! Very happy customer

Ordered the colourful rainbow lifting straps.
£12.99 including an expensive next day delivery charge.
Never turned up.
Tried to contact them via watsapp. No response.
Perhaps someone will see this and rectify this problem?
Be careful ordering from this company.

Hi, your service has been good but I find the garment I purchased to not be of great quality for the cost which is a shame as it is a gift.

I can’t review the watch I bought as I still haven’t received it 2 weeks later.
I have tried to phone, emailed, wrote to them on Instagram both privately and on a post and also watsapped. Still no response at all. At a complete loss as to what to do because even their refund policy doesn’t cover what has happened. As far as I can see lots of good feedback but I don’t have the same experience.

My 4th pair of Feel Fit leggings and they are as amazing as always.

High quality, comfortable clothing. Durable and multi-functional for numerous activities. The customer service was fab, such care and good advice around sizing.

Ordered a cork yoga mat off the website.
Product wasn't as stated, FALSE advertising. It was listed as 200mm x 70mm x 6mm but when I received it didn't even come close to reach those specs especially the thickness being below 2mm?! Got in contact immediately, takes forever for a reply by the way. Once the process was started and product returned, I've still not received a refund with all the postage paid... I started this refund on the 16th June, 20th August now and still no refund for £39.60. Multiple times I've been told it'll be in my bank as I had to give my bank details as paypal wasn't working? Still nothing. I would heavily recommend to stay away from this company as they're clearly not fit for purpose and fobbing me off for all this time whilst I've been extremely patient. Only time will tell if I will ever receive a refund.
*UPDATE* They've removed their email inbox or I've been blocked.
*UPDATE 2* Refusing to refund full amount paid + postage agreed upon, despite breaking consumer rights laws. Incredibly unprofessional. Received no emails, only automated returns confirmation. Better off going to a Reputable business unfortunately to avoid this hassle.

I love my new gym wear! It's squat proof, comfortable, size inclusive and most importantly made from recycled plastic. A lot of gym clothes that claim to be sustainable, aren't, and whack a premium price to go with it!
Unlike Myfeelfit! Now my go to gym wear!

Very comfortable, high-quality material. I constantly run my hands over the material because it feels so nice. I wear their activewear for working out, traveling, and lounging around the house. I love their color options. I'm also happy to know the clothing is sustainable and I can pick it up before/after my workout!

The most luxurious activewear I've ever had the delight of wearing. A fan of premium brands like Sweaty Betty & Lululemon my standards were high and all three items purchased over delivered in all areas - comfort, fit, style, FEEL and not forgetting performance. Signature leggings & bra. Escape black pullover - the design is unique, fits fabulously.
Bought size small in all 3. UK 8-10.

I already own several items of clothing from Feel Fit and recently purchased the “Do you Feel Fit” t-shirt...I love it! So comfortable, easy to workout in and looks great with leggings and shorts.
