I ordered on 3-8-2020 it is now 5-9-2020 and I have no recieved my order. They keep saying it's been shipped but when I check the tracking it Hasn't been shipped yet. This is a scam. Please don't order from them. With a name like my faith supply you would think you could trust them but you can't
BEWARE SCAM.

Have just sent a further request for my parcel, still sitting in a Chinese warehouse, to be located and shipped or a replacement product to be shipped. Was informed I should check with NZ Post as status saying parcel was delivered supposedly indicated they had collected the item. NZ Post had not!
Further email to customer support states they will look into it. Have just emailed again requesting a response as they have failed to reply.
Still hoping for a positive resolution.
Not likely to purchase from this company again. Hoping to see my parcel!!

Wish I would have read the reviews. Purchased SimpleGuage. Too several weeks to receive. The pins in the SimpleGuage are loose and will not hold. Have been trying to return but jumping through several hoops I will have to pay for return shipping. Read the return policy (too late) which stated any item on sale is not refundable. Not sure why this company calls itself a "faith" company....anything but!

I ordered a Simple Gauge for my husband for Christmas little over five weeks ago and have still not received the product. I emailed the company and have never gotten a response. Last tracking day was December 17 and "shipped" from China. Still haven't received it. Next will be to report this company to the BBB. I can't even get a refund.

I ordered 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive my order! I've emailed them 2 times and just get "it is on it's way"! This is the worst experience I've had with online shopping. I have NO FAITH in them.

Ordered 2 1/2 weeks b4 christmas.....still waiting..perhaps next christmas???? Save yourself the frusrration

What a scam! The product does not work. Save your money, don't buy it.

The product is exactly what I was looking for and works really well. Good delivery time considering I ordered it just before Christmas. I would defo order from this site again. Very Happy .

I ordered an “in stock” product on Dec 5th thinking in stock meant I would see it within 20 days. I thought wrong. It’s now the 21st and it is still sitting in China. I emailed them about it asking if it would be here by Christmas or I would like a refund. I got the robo response of please wait and your product will ship soon.

Friendly and helpful customer service!

I order a cat carrier pouch on Nov 2, and it started taking too long for it to arrive. When I checked the tracking code a few weeks later it said it was delivered. However, I had not received my package. I checked with all my neighbors and they did not know what I was talking about.

I contacted the customer service of the shop, and they were very friendly. At first, they asked me to check my local post office. It wasn't there and I decided to wait for a week. Maybe it was a mistake.

A week later, my package was nowhere to be found, so I got in touch with the customer service department again. They suggested to send me a new one, but I requested a refund because I preferred to just go to my local pet shop and buy another brand I saw a few days earlier.

They were very helpful and understood that I did not want to wait. The refund was issued immediately.

I give them 5 stars for the way they handled the whole situation and for their friendliness.
