My fabric The Creative Club would not buy again from them.
Don’t like writing bad reviews but after three weeks tomorrow still not received a refund.Not for a return but for fabric ordered and paid for.I was informed that part of the order they didn’t have and they would do a refund shortly.Unfortunately still waiting.The rest of the order I received but wasn’t given option to cancel order or add another piece of fabric.Sent a number of emails but just get that they have passed it on.I note that when buying from this company it shows up in your bank as the creative club who take the money but the way I see it they aren’t very quick at giving it back.Shame because the fabric was ok and would have bought again but not when you have all this hassle.A decent company would do it atomically when they realised their mistake of advertising something that they didn’t have.So only given 1 star.All I can say is before you pay maybe send them a message asking if they have what you are paying for before you buy.Wish I had done.
Update 28days still not received refund .Sent a number of emails only reply was forwarded it on then nothing.Two days before I can let the card company take over and make a claim.Wasn’t worth the hassle and time so be warned.

Thankfully my credit card company have taken over .I have been refunded by my card company and I think they will get the money from My fabric who have The Creative Club who show up has the ones that take your payments.This company should be ashamed of themselves that customers have all this trouble just because THEY canceled one of my two fabrics and never did the refund.

Long wait for delivery
The fabric was okay but nothing special for the price. I got it because it was a 20% off deal.
The delivery took 12 days which I thought was too long.

Sample arrived eventually and fabric arrived in reasonable time. However, beware if you are buying to make curtains and are joining widths. There is no selvage and the pattern doesn’t join as on normal curtain fabrics. I lost 10cm on each width when aligning the pattern which is quite a lot if you are using curtain tape that pulls up to an exact size.

There is a reason why 40% of reviewers give only one star
Myfabrics made an arbitary decision to cancel part of my order and as a result rendered the order useless to me. They informed me of this after they had dispatched the order and I was therefore given no choice of what to do. I was informed that it was too late to cancel, but if I wanted I could pay to return the order. On arrival the fabrics were grubby, creased and damaged; they went straight in the bin.
Customer services were rude and unhelpful.

Order placed on 30/10/25 received on the 7/11/25, exactly in the delivery window given at time of order.
Fabrics are fabulous quality and better in real life than on the screen.This was my first order with Myfabrics and I admit I was anxious due to the mixed feed back on here but I can’t give anything less that 5 stars for my experience.
The only negative was the bag had two quite large holes in it but that is down to the carriers and not the supplier and all was well inside so no harm done! Based on this experience I will order again and would recommend.

The choice of fabrics is immense and colour ranges in fabrics very good. Being able to get samples before making choice is very helpful and the price is competitive.

Items went missing in the post, DHL, my fabrics immediately replaced and everything arrived as described. Brilliant service. Meanwhile I still await a reply from DHL.
