I had the pleasure of Jessica helping me through the process of getting my frames picked out on 12/9/2022. The staff was very friendly I was able to schedule and been seen the same day. I would recommend coming to.this location to get new glasses or contacts. Thanks to everyone there for their help.

Since I’ve became pregnant nuno has been nothing but a harassment. He literally came to the store to fire me today due to me missing a day for my child appointment. And when I ask what I was fired for he stated using profane and creating a hostile work environment. He couldn’t provide proof nor show me when I did the things he accused me of.

follow up from 1 st entry called back customer service the sent the call back to the store spoke with the mgr trie to charge a additional $100.00 the originally was quoted said i was rude would not give me regional mgrs number and hung up on me still no glasses will never use this outfit again stay clear of san jose store

Dirty tactics to make you walk in. They told me my insurance was accepted while I booked the appointment on phone. After driving to their location and waiting there for 30 mins, just before my appointment the lady says, that they have a discount program and as my insurance is not accepted. She said they wanted people to come to the store before they can tell about insurance. This place is a scam. stay away

I was able to get to My Eyelab in Pearland TX one Broadway across from HEB and Dillard's. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Matty was the shinning star on this trip. MATTY know glasses and was so nice thoughtful and extremely helpful. Thank you so very much Matty for fixing my sun glasses while I waited. You are the best!!!!

This rating should be a NEG.-10...customer service is so bad, I've been so patient,I had an exam on 11/3/22. I have yet to receive my glasses.when I call to see any response, put on hold,round and round I go x's 3.name # birth,etc...today is 12/2/22 called again ...now another excuse. Once again I have to wait until 12/8/22 .due to shipping..Amazon,USPS,UPS,FEDEX,DHL has ZERO ISSUES of finding my home. How are they still in Business ? Send via carrier pigeon wth .

I got everything on November 15 I brought my own glasses the eye exam was free I paid 430$ for no insurance I think is still too much and I got them on 11/15/22 they said the ready date is 11/29/22 I juss called and it said another week this place is trash do not come here

Jocelyn and Tabitha were awesome!! Very knowledgeable, proficient, enthusiastic, and willing to go above and beyond for current and potential customers. I'd shop there any day!

Lylian took care of my issue, even not having my prescription she took the time to help me out and got me out the door with some some trials until my prescription comes in. I cant thank Lylian enough awesome customer service.

I would not recommend this company to my enemy. The turn around time to make lens was given as a week that date passed four days ago. They will get back to me in24 to 48 business hours. Math that’s 3 to 6 days. Never again.

All in one, I have good experience with them.

I seen one of the employees there force a customer to make a review. She watched over her shoulder. The customer seemed very uncomfortable.
No wonder it was empty. I will be going to America's best eyeglasses from now on.

Customer service nonexistent!!! Rude people from opening the door to the so called video dr. Then they screw insurance then me for $500 out of pocket just to lose my glasses. I should have been wearing them since November 4 and November 11 someone from the company calls and says excitingly my glasses are in. Just to find out three hours later they are not at the store. Every single person at that company are rude and could not give the slightest care of how it effects us. DO NOT PURCHASE A LENSE WIPE FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

The exam is with some one on a computer for one and all in all this place just sucks not good at all will never go back they are not a good place

Not only where my glasses way more expensive than normal I tried to cancel order that
day and was told I only have 1 hour to cancel, despite the corporate police of 24 hours. They are franchised so they set their own rules. The lens popped out of my sunglasses not even 2 months after getting them. I went by thinking they will just tighten screw. The girl (very nice) says the screw is stripped. How? I just got them that means that they came that way.. She says it needs a frame replacement and I'll have to pay 20% because it's after 30 days. 😳 I said not only were they very expensive, they were defective? She managed to 'fix' the screw with with a different tool. Then she says all she will ask is a a Google review and she gets evaluated for her job based on Google reviews.😳 Stands right next to me, asked if she can do the review herself. Trying to emotionally blackmail me into a good review??? 🤷‍♀️ Uncomfortable and akward plus I was late for a meeting so I just did it and left intending to edit my review later This girl was very polite but the whole place is unscrupulous in their practices. I'd NOT recommend.

I won’t come back to this place they did a bad job I didn’t see right with my glasses for months and never felt comfortable they hurt my nose till this day and they never fix them the answer I got every time I went back was you got to get used to them I paid about 500 hundred with transition I will never give them my business ever again I will go somewhere else.

Bought my lenses for my glasses with all the options. Brought back 6 times for major flaws or not putting transition lenses. After I was satisfied, after 6 mos the lenses started pitting all the way around the lenses. Stephanie was awesome, but the quality is worthless.

This was the worst eye appointment experience ever. Virtual doctor are you serious.....how can they make sure if a contact is sitting on the eye correctly? This place is trash....dont go here. Get real doctors and dont waste our time....
