Extremely unhelpful and appeared to note care less about assisting me with my issue. I have had correspondence from Andrew but he is obviously not reading my messages correctly or looking at my screenshots as his few responses dont address the issue that my tokens were sent to the correct MEW address successfully but have not shown up in the wallet. Something is wrong on MEW side of things and I would appreciate some "helpful and useful" assistance in sorting it out please? I am beginning to think thay I've been scammed.

Came across this site in November and decided to give them a trial hope to make some decent cash, i put in money hoping I would make profits as the seemed legitimate at the time but before I knew it my money was gone, with no trace and they never responded to my complaints that i had to report to _epf plc_ after so many unreturned calls and unreplied emails

Cant seem to open my wallet. No-one seems to be able to tell me how or why I cant. Pls help

I had a simple issue with my IOS app - there was a "Selling your crypto" option that was supposed to be there and it was missing. I asked the Help Desk and they just kept pasteing articles from their Help Files. I tried entering the issue again to get a different agent but the same thing happened.

I've concluded these aren't real people - just BOTs looking for tag words.

They don't bear any responsibility for the service they provide.

Interviewed with the CEO. Condescending, would not listen to reason, just wanted to make himself look good at my expense. 0 humanity, 0 respect, 0 ability to trust the expertise and professional skillset of his team. I do not recommend this company or product to anyone.

For more than one year I used MEW. It had a good reputation as a safe place to hold crypto.

One week ago however my account was wiped clean with nearly 2M RSR tokens.

MEW just says it was a malicious contract address and washes their hands.

Lost all my tokens!!! (Nov/2021) I made a deposit of 1000 tokens and after 3 days I needed to withdraw them for personal reasons, but when I signed up, my account showed my profile like 'newly created' and tokens were zero.
The support is awful, they answered me 2 months later, they told me "we did not have any transactions registered on your account" ... in resume, they couldn't do anything.

Transferred Ethereum from here to a trading platform and it simply disappeared. Contacted support team who quickly and promptly responded with a list of queries (most of which I had already put in the initial email), I answered all of these queries and now 1 week and 6 unanswered emails later they are just completely ignoring me. It’s only £150 but the point is you use this wallet entirely at your own risk, if anything goes wrong there is no real support behind it at all.

Most unethical shady business I’ve worked with! For a start their product/service is fatally flawed and doesn’t even process eth transactions well so most transactions run out of gas meaning they don’t go through, this is a huge problem on the app which doesn’t allow much customization of the amount of gas you can use. It wouldn’t be a huge problem but this company for some reason prematurely deducts the eth our of your wallet leaving you without the eth that you own! Which is what happened to me when I tried to make a simple purchase that I’ve done tons of times but decided to give MEW a try and see if it was better. Well it failed twice in a row because the gas was too low. Now my eth is inaccessible, and the website where your supposed to be able to “fix” this doesn’t let you sign in. Not only that the site steals tons of private information that they have no business having, defeating one of the benefits of crypto. Example is in my interaction with customer service they contacted me on an email I never provided them and wouldn’t because I don’t use it for anything, so they must have harvested it through data collection they claim not to use. Customer service is just robots so don’t expect your money back if something goes wrong, I’m still waiting.

I like their support center but the fact that they re custodial made me go to another wallet. I'm not sure in their security level.
