Essentia sent me the wrong bed frame…

Essentia sent me the wrong bed frame and apparently they don't have the correct one in stock! I paid a handyman $240 to assemble it, not realizing that it was the incorrect one. Customer service has not provided a solution. As well, the bedframe off-gassed quite a bit, even though it is supposed to be free of chemicals.

Beware

I ordered a queen memory foam mattress topper from this company. It's advertised to be 100% natural made from essential oils without petroleum products. It's also advertised to be soft.

When the topper arrived, it smelled like any other visco-elastic (petroleum-based) topper. After waiting 4 hours for it to expand and air out, I put it on the bed. The topper, which was supposed to be 60" x 80" x 1.5", was short on the length, width, and depth; I tape-measured it to be 57" x 76" x 1". It was also very uncomfortable, far too firm with less give than a cheap firm mattress.

I contacted the company, asking for a return and refund. They refused, stating that all sales were final. Unfortunately for them, when I charged it back, Mastercard agreed with me (after I sent them photos and documentation) and refunded the purchase in full. The company never asked me to return the product after that, which shows you how much they care about their $700 lemon. The topper is stored in a safe, dry place in the basement (in a casement, since it still smells like a petroleum factory after 3 months), in case they ask for it within six months of purchase.

The only reason this is getting two stars is because it was packaged well and shipped promptly.
