I bought this bottle from the kickstarter campaign and after 3 months of use it started to chip. Now, it looks like this. I never wrote a review earlier because I did not know where I could complain. The cap is still in perfect conditions and the software is on point, the only downside was really the painting in the bottle that chipped so fast.

I purchased a customized water bottle and it has 2 huge visible lines across the whole bottle. And not only that, the customized bottle cap came damaged with another line. Sadly, I noticed this only after I already poured water in and drank from it so couldn't make a refund. I was too excited for it but after this, never again.

The bottle is very nice and practical. The delivery was so fast, even though I chose the customized cap. I have some problems tho with cleaning the cap just after a few months, since I keep my bottle open most of the time it still gets dirty.

I have the smart version of their bottle and within a month it began to lose paint from running a nail over it. This is apparently within the companies expectations for their very expensive bottle. Do yourself a favor, check kickstarter and amazon.com. Very obvious this company cares little about customer service and quality of their product, simply skip this company completely.

Should update: They sent me an improved version of the bottle, while i still aint to impressive by the tracking, the bottle is atleast significantly better.

I bought the missmatch heavens drink bottle. when it arrived it had a tiny crack on the lid and a couple of days later it broke. I emailed them asking for a new one and they were so kind so they gave me a new one that works for free. 10/10 reccomend my equa

Bought 2 bottles and cleaning products. Bottles get stinky after 1 day. I have reported this issue to producer and their reply is to keep the bottle open. For that I use a cup, right?

Update 4.7.2021
Received the revised version of the smart bottle, free of charge. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks now and it seems that the paint peeling problem is solved now, also the reading of the intake of water is quite correct now, much better I have to say.
Would give them a 5 star rating easily if they would be more understanding from the start and try to listen to clients, where the problems were.
Otherwise love the company and their innovative ideas and a really strong filling for the aesthetics.

We ordered the product through the kickstarter, after the delivery date was postponed numerous times, we finally received the product.
Smart bottle does not calculate the intake of water correctly, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.
Now on the top of all the paint start peeling of the bottle and it looks terrible, let me say that the bottle was not dropped, you can just literally remove paint with a fingernail.
Have contacted the costumer care and they sad that because the flask was in use for almost a month they can’t do anything, for what is obvious a factory flaw.

Unfortunately they don't replace flawed products if more than 7 days has passed since the delivery when you contact them.
