Until you use this activity book you will never realise the true value of it. At a time when minds have been in a dark place, this books shines a light.
The art is soothing and captivating, immersing young minds to open up and share their feelings. Once the young mind has had the courage to express their feelings, it provides the supporter the words to use to support the young minds to overcome the barriers and free themselves from the hold of their feelings.
