ABSOLUTE DISASTER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MYEURLURIS.COM! ⭐ 1/5

I am absolutely furious with this experience. I have rarely been so disappointed and frustrated with an online purchase.

We ordered a dental prosthesis for my grandmother. The website showed beautiful pictures of what looked like a complete, natural-looking dental prosthesis that could be fitted over the gums. What actually arrived? TWO SEPARATE PIECES OF PLASTIC THAT CANNOT BE PROPERLY PUT ON OR ATTACHED TO THE GUMS. Completely useless for the purpose for which they were advertised.

The product we received looks nothing like what was shown in the advertisement. This is not some minor difference or a matter of personal taste. It is a completely different product that does not do what a customer would reasonably expect it to do.

And the worst part? Instead of simply resolving the problem, customer service offered us a 50% refund first, then increased the offer to 80% — provided we kept the useless product.

Are you serious? Why should customers have to settle for a partial refund when the product they receive does not match the advertisement?

And to make matters worse, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK. There have been offers and messages, but as of now, the money has not arrived. I am sick and tired of wasting time and energy trying to resolve a problem that should never have happened in the first place.

You pay your money in good faith, receive something completely different from what was advertised, and then have to fight to get your money back. What a joke.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I expect an honest resolution when a product does not match its description. Instead, I have been left frustrated, disappointed, and out of pocket.

MY ADVICE: THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM MYEURLURIS.COM.

Based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this website. I would never buy from them again, and I strongly advise other customers to do their research before placing an order.

RATING: 1/5 — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, MISLEADING PRODUCT PRESENTATION, AND NO REFUND RECEIVED SO FAR.

Customers deserve better than this. it's unacceptable.
