Ugh don't do it. They took a second month of money out. I had to go to the bank and get a new card number. They also don't tell you this is from China. I youtubed a China fertilizer source, and they use human poo that goes into compost then runs down a stream to nurture their food. Look it up.

Update: I decided to try it since these scammers refuse to give me a refund after taking a second payment out. It took a month to come even though they charged extra for their fast shipping of seven days.
I've been making sure to hydrate, take a binder, eat fairy healthy and at least go for walks.

I've also been giving it to my 7 year old. It's effective. I don't want to know the environment it's been grown in but it's worth taking, and I do have more energy. We didn't get had aches or brain fog or stomach pains. I still hope it doesn't work for them to take more money. Super frustrating but may as well take it since I'm stuck with it.

I 100% recommend zeolite products nit this Ellora. They aren't scammers like these guys and their stuff is higb quality.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. They have now charged me 2 extra times for orders I didn't place. I can't find a number to contact and no one answers the emails.

The product offer is a scam. After I paid, I didn't receive a confirmation email or anything else confirming my purchase. I didn't receive the product either.

They don't even deserve a 1 rating!! Their return policy is totally bogus!!! They Do Not Do Returns!!! I have been fighting with them for weeks to get my money back. Then I get a notification they are shipping me another order and charged my card again!! SCAMMERS!!!

Never received. I wish I would have had this thread before I ordered back in March. They make it look like the company is from the USA but it ships from China. After 3 weeks of not getting my order, I contacted them. They had an excuse regarding a strike and shipping problems. This was after relentlessly emailing them. Ellora promised a refund and then stopped responding to my messages. I have reported them to Shop Pay as a scam, but the store remains. Even their reviews on the site look fake. Many of them are unverified. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam. Organifi has a great parasite cleanse that is more expensive, but at least you will receive it and it works.

They signed me up for a subscription despite the fact I never at any point opted into it! I specifically didn’t want a subscription. Since then I have emailed repeatedly to stop the shipment and to say not to send I didn’t subscribe and no one has responded

I ordered on July 10, 2025. Kept waiting and sent an email. Two days after I sent email asking how long it takes since the ad stated prompt delivery, I received an email stating that my package was delivered at my front door. I looked there, in the mail box and around my garage door, no package. I have emailed a few times and never get a response. There is no phone number listed anywhere to call. to track the package you have to download an app that you have to purchase. I do believe this is a scam. So sad.

Took about a month to come in, started my daughter and myself on it including the binder for a little over a week but daughter threw up and complained about stomach cramping for about 4 days after I stopped use on both of us and then about a week later I had the absolute worst stomach cramping and diarrhea I’ve ever experienced in my 40 years. I am unsure if this product caused this on us or if it was a virus but my other daughter and husband who did not take never got sick so I assumed it was from this product. I reached out to get “full refund no questions asked” money back and they responded with an email that the letters were all on top of each other you couldn’t even read it but what I could make out of it was they no longer offer that just if the bottles are defective upon receiving them. I would never recommend this product just in case this is what caused my sickness it was so awful I was considering going to the dr or hospital. I definitely saw things in my toilet that resembled worms 🪱 and would rather have the parasites in me than experience that feeling ever again.

TERRIBLE! Took over 3 weeks to get the product, makes you sign up for a membership, and then doesn’t allow you to cancel the membership through the website! Only can cancel through emailing them and they never email back! Also told me they cancelled my subscription and I still got billed! Having to get a new credit card to avoid their charges!!! Absolutely terrible!!!

This is a scam. They don’t tell you the product is from China and took a month to come here. It’s not useable and they don’t offer refunds. Please beware

Awful customer service and after sales support. My order was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted Ellora with proof from the delivery company that it had been delivered to the wrong address and the address it had been delivered to and the just kept telling me it had been delivered. I will now report this to my credit card company and seek to claim my money back.

Well, I’m still waiting for an order no response no emails just my order number. This is bullshit now I have to fight with the credit card company now they’ll have to cancel the card because they have the information. I’m so pissed thinking I was doing the right thing for this family people like this need Todd platformed off of Instagram and Facebook and X no contact information no phone number no address no nothing That’s legitimate. And now reading legitimate reviews if I did get the product, I sure the hell wouldn’t put it in my body.

Ordered. Never heard from them. Emailed twice. Finally answered a week later asking for my order number. I gave them it…then nothing. So I immediately disputed with my credit card. Got my money back. Call your credit card and dispute. Definitely scam company.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. It came from CHINA and took one MONTH to get here. When it did arrive, NO DIRECTIONS for adults, no information whether you take the binder WITH or at the same time as the parasite liquid. How long do you take it? GREAT MARKETING but this is a waste of money.

Do not purchase this product it is a knock off brand they ship from Hong Kong and it took a month to come and they won’t accept a return even completely untouched despite it saying so on their website. This company is a complete scam! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered but did not realize it originated from China. I am not giving my kid this foreign substance. I wrote them to return but they said they only accept returns for damaged items. That is not what the website says and does not specify a reason that is acceptable. My packages are unopened. I am so angry.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They don't tell you anywhere that the parasite cleanse originates from China. I don't trust taking it. I attempted to send it back & receive a refund but the company refused. I then issued a dispute with my Discover card. It was initially approved by Discover but the MyEllora company reversed the temporary credit and recharged me.

Order in March 2025. It’s been 3 months. My products were never received. I contacted the company dozens of times. They write back generic messages every time stating that because the product is in transit they cannot reship or refund. 3 months? It’s not in transit anymore, it’s lost. Also, it ships from China!? The tracking info actually says the tracking info has expired and they still refuse to ship a replacement or refund.

I ordered this on My 3rd I literally just moved had not changed my Samsung pass to update my address immediately Caught it and contacted customer service. Didn't get a response for over a week to which the answer was they couldn't change it until it was in transit. Never received my order at either address and never got another response think it's a scam

Don’t waste your time or your money it’s a total scam!!!!! Ordered my product over a month ago and there is no one to contact or talk to for help! They will just take your money!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SORCE!!!!
