If it was possible to give zero stars I…

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Website said 1-2 days product shipped after more than 2 weeks. The phone doesn’t get picked up, no response to email either, no tracking number in the shipment confirmation mail and since it was sent in the middle of the night I’m only assuming it might have been now sent from China and will be here in another few weeks … if I wanted that I would order from China myself and pay fraction of the price my“easy“shop asked for
