The number on the website does not…

The number on the website does not work. They offered me discounted classes but failed mention they are not accepted by the state I’m in they said it’s in the fine print and showed me a screen shot of something that was not on my screen. Not helpful. They didn’t even try to refund my 500 dollars I paid. Wouldn’t even entertain it I went with them save money as this is challenging time but they just moved the goal post and stole from me. I haven’t used the service I paid to be in compliance I even told them that it was for California and they didn’t mention at all when they took my money how they are not recognized as a program through the health and human services department. Do not use this. I know it’s hard going through this process but they won’t help you. They will prey on you. They emailed me and said; “ No this page has not been updated for years, there is a way that you can look that up. Google it”-customer support. So yes my experience and review is valid you took my money and you take no accountability in the matter. If any one wants see the screenshots and photos of our conversation feel free reach out cat post on here.
