I have tried several electrolyte…
I have tried several electrolyte brands, there was always an issue whether it be tasting artificial and not tasting of anything at all.
Mydrate gets the balance right, tastes brilliant and came within about 12 hours of ordering so very convenient too.
Would and have recommended to friends, I’ll never try other electrolytes again!

Honestly the best hydration powder I’ve tried…
Honestly the best hydration powder I’ve tried. It mixes easily, tastes super refreshing, and doesn't have that weird salty aftertaste other brands do. It keeps me going through long work days without any sugar crashes. Definitely a daily staple now!
