I got this for my granddaughter’s first baby. The dolls are adorable. She loved it. There were some issues with the delivery due to the postal service. When I contacted Dollfy, they responded quickly and all issues were resolved promptly.

Nice doll, but not adhered to specifications.
I ordered a doll for a deceased dog. When the doll arrived I noticed significant differences from the photo I sent. Wrong color of fur on mouth, legs and tail too long. Customer service only pointed out that 20% differences were possible. But that's more than 20%. Given the price, I would have liked the doll to be reworked. Now I have to quickly look for another Christmas present. The doll itself is really beautiful, but unfortunately it doesn't meet the specifications. I won't order here again. Too bad.

I bought this for my new grandson and it is absolutely perfect. The attention to detail is top notch. The dogs are tiny little replicas of their beloved dogs. Whomever made them has some serious talent.
