The only criticism I have is with the delivery company XDP. Delivery was a week late and XPD customer service were very unhelpful.
Staff at made to measure blinds were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Brilliant service and great products. I ordered 3 x 5cm slat Venetian blinds for a bay window and they are perfect. Really good value and quality blinds. I’m impressed and have just ordered more. The tape ladder looks superb on larger blinds. Very happy.

I bought one set of blinds from made to measure and loved them. They look great and they work great. They are really sturdy venetian blinds.

But more than that the customer service was excellent.

This is the second time I have bought from Made to Measure Blinds and I would recommend them to everyone. It 's a great company who really care about their customers and the quality and service they get. I'm not a big fan of buying online generally but I felt that high street stores, even John Lewis, charge way over the odds for window furnishings so I explored other options and luckily found Made to Measure Blinds. I was nervous about measuring correctly, but there are really easy to follow videos and Peter will make himself available to answer any questions so it doesn't feel anonymous as it does with some online companies. I only wish I had more windows now as their colours and fabrics are also varied and great quality. Absolutely no need to go anywhere else!!

No problems, they made the effort to call to check a few points before making the blinds and all was fine on arrival so happy to recommend.

Product Great - courier damaged goods - but retrieved by great customer service and response from supplier to replace items lost by courier- would use this supplier again. Chris
