DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! They charged my bank in November 2017 (which I authorized) the courts would not accept the forms because they were not Arkansas specific and mydivorcepapers will not refund because I don't have a rejection letter from court. The court won't even accept them, they just send me away. Then they have charged my card for a monthly subscription, which I told them to cancel, they are no help to me. Now July 2018, 8 months later they just charged my card again!!!! not acceptable, I guess they are hoping I don't check my statements and they can get more money, how many people are they charging and getting money from that don't check their statements??. Now I am having to report fraudulent charge to my card which is such a hassle.
REPLY TO THEIR REPLY BELOW: I HAD ALREADY CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION ONCE (8 MONTHS AGO WHEN YOU CHARGED ME THEN, AND YOU REFUNDED ME THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE BACK THEN. THEN YOU REACTIVATED THE SUBSCRIPTION AND CHARGED ME AGAIN, 8 MONTHS LATER) YES YOU REFUNDED IT BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER CHARGED IT TO BEGIN WITH CAUSE I HAD ALREADY CANCELLED IT.

It has been a little over 3 weeks since…
It has been a little over 3 weeks since we have had any form of contact with this company again emails are going unanswered.I am just in total awe that a company that is supposed to be so business savvy would just drop the ball on a clients case for that matter without any further information of form of contact.I have constantly checked mailbox,post office with the clerks office and nothing.For documents and a money to just disappear is beyond me and when a refund is requested because you didn’t render the services that were requested emails go ignored.Or no refund is available it has been a year it doesn’t take that long to process nor file an divorce.We have been waiting on documents to come back in the mail since April what mail service is being used cause from anywhere in the US takes 5days.

Did not get what i paid for and was charged more han quoted
I had to edit the papers provided. they did not provide all the papers I needed, I found them myself online for free. AND they charge a monthly fee that I was told through their horrible customer support person I did not opt out of. I asked to cancel the monthly charge and be reimbursed the monthly charge, as it is completely unethical to have an opt-out monthly charge after being repeatedly provided a low-cost one-time charge. Customer support stated i would need to email their accounts dept to get my money back and that it would take 3-5 buisness days. That was 13 days ago.

it is great and user friendly but really wish they had someone to chat with on weekends when trying to get a couple questions answered . all in all it is very easy especially with both parties compromising on everything so it is a quick and easy process so both can move on with their lives

When I looked there were no forms available so I emailed support. They said "In a review of your account, we found that you have requested legal separation documents. The forms take 2-3 weeks to prepare." Seriously, terrible business. Does it get any worse? Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

This company is the worst and a ripoff
This company is the worst and a ripoff. Do bother spending your money with them especially if you are out of their state. They will lie to you and say anything. Please whatever you do - DO NOT SPEND EXTRA MONEY for the so call Platinum service it is really a rip off. Please save your money. I believe a baby could do better work than dealing with these folks.
These folks did a refund of 50% so I paid an extra $149 for the service of the $159 price for the basic service. Do not spend your money.

There is next to no customer service
There is next to no customer service, you can validate that you paid the 159 plus 299 for them to assist you in delivery, plus clerk office fees (money order).
As soon as tracking from the post office shows "delivered" to them, they deactivate your account and tell you that you haven't paid, so they fail to do their end of the deal (sending papers to the ex, and filing on y'all's behalf).
Do not listen to their phone number, they pick up and hang up on you when you dial 1.800.604.2860
All in all, it'll run you about $700 before they "lose contact" with you and fail to respond or uphold their end of the process.
Update 1: They called back and insisted they are working in a specific order that was not originally relayed. I have updated the rating (+2 stars) for the immediate future until they follow through entirely.
Update 2: After taking several months, they finally sent the paperwork to my STBX.
They are slow, slower than they lead you to believe. However, they still get the job rolling, just not in a timely manner and with little contact (to extract the extra $25/mo for a little longer. Will update after completion.
