Ordered a headboard. Arrived promptly. Measurements of struts were correct and fabric was as requested.

Delivered earlier than expected. Easy to put together and suits the room well. The drawers are so useful for storage of bedding.

Bought two single beds with storage for guest room.Happy with the quality and the bonus is they can be pushed together when needed to make a super king-size bed.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. The individual who answered the phone in the sales department was rude and raised their voice throughout the conversation. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Additionally, the return policy is unreasonable. I was charged £140 just to return a bed.

Still not received

Bed is amazing quality and demonstrates really good value for money. Delivered perfectly too. We are very pleased with this purchase. Could not have asked for more.

Really happy with my purchase. The guy I spoke to beforehand was very helpful in advising which material to go for, and the delivery man was lovely too. The bed looks great and my son is absolutely thrilled with it. Excellent value for money and very quick delivery — I’d definitely recommend and would buy from them again.
The only small improvement I’d suggest would be to give customers a more specific time window on delivery day. I had to take the whole day off work for a 6am–7pm slot, which is tricky around school runs. I did text to ask for a rough ETA but didn’t get a response, which meant I could have planned the day better if I’d known morning or afternoon. A quick call or text with an ETA would make things much easier, especially as the delivery itself was really quick and efficient.

Really helpful and reassuring

Very Happy with our Bed. We ordered an Ottoman Leo Double Bed. From ordering to delivery the service was First Class and delivered within 7 days. The quality of the bases is superb as is the headboard and mattress. The bases are heavy, so unless you are fit and strong I would recommend paying for delivery to a room of choice unless you live in a Bungalow. One draw back is the bag of fittings are in one of the bases, and the advice given is not to remove base lift retain straps until mattress is in place, (the gas struts are very powerful) which is impossible because you need to fit the glide feet before assembling the bases to each other. Bag of fittings should be handed over separately. Other than that every thing is straight forward apart from the headboard which is a bit fiddley to accommodate the thickness of the mattress. Excellent company to deal with, a quality product @ a very competitive price.

Bed ok but delivery was awful. First was told they had already delivered it and the took ages to get a delivery day.

Also, charged £40 just for them to take it upstairs which took 5 minutes. Think this is a bit steep.

Lowered to 1 star from 3 as the shop started emailing me about this review, blaming things on me and telling me this review is unfair. Very unprofessional!
