Flora went above and beyond…

I had a great experience with DermaDream this week. My products arrived and they are fantastic. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to needing two major surgeries ASAP! Flora was amazing! She gladly canceled it for me and also offered a store credit to make up for the monthly charge that couldn’t be reversed. I am so grateful that Flora went out of her way to help me during a difficult time! She truly represents excellent customer service! Thanks so much! I would highly recommend these products as well. They are great!

Helpful representative

Phone call to me was unexpected, but representative was sincerely interested in my proper use of the product I ordered. She took time to explain protocols and benefits of supplemental products.

Jhein ROCKS!

Jhein, provided me exemplary service! I called to ask a couple of questions before I ordered ALD and serum. The website was a little confusing. If Jhein couldn’t answer my questions, I may not have made the purchase. As it was, she was very informative and brought a smile to my face with her stellar customer service service skills. You have a valuable employee.

This company OWES me $53.42

This company OWES me $53.42. They promised IN WRITING A FULL REFUND of the $52.42, they are way beyond the time of refund as promised. I have reached out NUMEROUS times for a resolve to this blatant unauthorized charge to my credit card. They have committed FRAUD in the most egregious way.
Liars, con artists and frauds. I want my refund as promised.

A Representative Who Cares

I was recently very fortunate that my concern was handled by Genalyn at My Derma Dream. She worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. She really cared about customer satisfaction & actually made me smile with the emails she sent to me. Truly a breath of fresh air & an asset to the company. Thank you, Genalyn!

Needed some time to recover

Due to recent illness and hospitalizations within my family, I am not able to use the My Derma Dream products for the time being. Therefore, I needed to either cancel or suspend my membership and called customer service for that reason. Customer service representative Awais helped me put a temporary hold on the membership so that I can get back into the program at a comfortable pace. I appreciate his kindness and patience as he offered me the ability to postpone membership for the time being. He is definitely a credit to the company.

Belle was wonderful! So positive and knowledgeable about the product.

Being welcomed into the DermaDream…

Being welcomed into the DermaDream family has been great. I received a second phone call within 2 weeks time to explain all of the devices and serums again as Jennifer will be my permanent system moving forward. I was scheduled an appointment with an esthetician for a few weeks to look over my problem areas via video. I am already being held accountable for my upkeep before I have received everything that I have purchased to help me on this skincare journey. Thank you Jennifer for representing DermaDream well!

My Mistake

I didn't realize that I had signed up for a $49 a month subscription so I wanted to cancel. I wrote to customer service and explained this. Flora sent a return email very quickly (which is unusual) and she tried other options to make me keep the subscription. I told her that I couldn't afford a $49 a month expense and she did cancel further charges for me. This was the calmest interaction and left me with a good feeling for the company. Thank you Flora.

I was promised a partial refund in…

I was promised a partial refund in February and have yet to receive credit for it. I have emailed asking about the refund and the request has been sent to refund department but have not received it. They said the request has been escalated but apparently that doesn't mean a thing to this company. Do not purchase anything from this company as they have no return policy and they will promise things that never happen!

Jennifer explained what each product did and where it goes in my regament.
I am on a fixed income and Jennifer made adjustments in order to stay within my budget.
