Beware!

Very poor service, disingenuous as say offer discount box but very cheap goods and only have 3 items however making out 5. I went back online to buy box for friend and instead of $39 they charged $91 and had me subscribed to monthly box. It was not clearly displayed and I requested immediate cancellation of both orders however they would only cancelled subscription. Shocking customer service, poor and overpriced craft boxes and automatic subscriptions. So beware. Go elsewhere!

The Crafter Club box was definitely not… what was advertised!

The Crafter Club box was definitely not worth even the discounted price I paid! There were 3 kits in the box where the advertising implied 6. I could (and do) get better value and better kits at Kmart! Also the subscription was not even mentioned in the ad I clicked on. I paid AU$40 and had I not accidentally seen the subscription section they would have charged AU$90 for 3 shitty little bags.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The box in the videos is shown to be filled with between 7 and 10 items. When it arrives, it is 10.5" x 6.5". It contained 3 small items which I could have bought in any high street discount store, for £2/£3. They also take around £50 from your account a month later for the subscription you have allegedly agreed to. If you have already paid for a box, contact your bank to see if they can help with any future payments that they may try to take.

Misleading subscription & costly return policy! Avoid unless you want surprises!

I ordered the promotional box from MyCraftJoy, expecting a one-time crative experience, but was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription withour clear disclosure at checkout.
When I tried to return the box (as I didn't like the kit: poor taste, low quality materials), I learned the return address is in China, and I had to pay full shipping cost, wich exceeded th box's value. No full refund was offered.
The craft projects felt outdated and uninspired. Not what I expected from a brand promising "creative joy."
BIG RED FLAG: automatic subscription + return policiy that makes refunds practically impossible.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you're okay with being lockde into a recurring charge and paying to send things back

I couldn’t believe it

I couldn’t believe it! I bought a small one off kit of 3 things as a gift. Then noticed a further Aud $95 come out of my account and the order couldn’t be cancelled. I was signed up inadvertently for a monthly dispatch. Disgusting! I don’t want it and can’t work out how it happened . The kit for $95 was not value for money and I wouldn’t spend that kind of money on a selection I couldn’t individually pick out. Shame on you craft joy! Do not go anyway near this company!

Was not made aware of signing up for a subscription.

Was not made aware of signing up for a subscription, not a one off purchase. Also, pack is about quarter of the size depicted in advertisement, and extremely poor value. Have messaged due to unexpected $94 deduction from account, still no response. Feeling very uneasy.

Do not have dealings with this company

I brought a box for half price for €24 and it wasn't even worth €10. The box was a lot smaller than what is shown on their site and there was only 3 kids craft items inside. I sent a email of compliant and my response was that another order had been sent out. I sent another email and I did then get a email back to tell me that they couldn't cancel the box I hadn't ordered but my subscription had been cancelled. I didn't even know I had started a subscription. I had sent another compliant email. I am also going to my bank to ensure no other payment is taken out. I accept I have lost the last payment of €55.95. I advise no one to have dealings with this company they are a con

Avoid at all £ costs £

My wife ordered a crafting kit black friday deal for £27 as a Christmas gift for her mother and recieved what could best be described as a primary 1 childs set of crafts. We then went into Hobby Crafts to price up the items and the entire kit would cost around £9 maximum. Ultimately the kit she recieved is what I would describe as complete rubbish although she said ahe might be able to give some of it to our 8 year old daughter. She also did not realise that she had in fact signed up to a subscription which conveniently for them was being sent out two weeks later. When challenged, mycraftjoy said that they couldn't stop the subscription and couldn't cancel the payment even though the payment date was two weeks away. When challenges further they did stop the payment but would not accept the disgraceful crafting kit that they sent out. Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with.

Poor Quality

I got one box. Was shocked at the poor quality. Then they kept trying to charge me with no warning for a subscription. I don't remember signing up for a subscription. But if I need they should send a warning before processing the payment and not just take it. Challenging the transaction with my bank. Very dodgy tactics and very poor quality product I doubt I will use.

Avoid these scammers

Really disappointed with the little box of crafts I received from my craft joy. Three small kits with poor instructions that would have cost about £3 each from one of the big discount chain stores but it cost me £23, supposedly reduced from £51!! Not at all what was advertised which as another poster states, was a big box of crafts. Avoid this company at all costs and don’t fall for their fake advertising

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. Not even close. I took care to make sure I was NOT joining a subscription. The number of people who have unwittingly been “signed up” it is scary. Advertised you were getting a big box of 5 different crafts with at least one you ticked as a preference. Huh no I got 3 in a tiny box nothing I was interested in, one was a packet of pipe cleaners. And they were all related to Christmas! That was not advertised and they don’t know me, maybe I don’t celebrate Christmas. None of this was apparent in their flashy advertising campaign. They looked legit in the ads. Take care out there. They owe me two crafts!

Even from a distance of twenty feet

Even from a distance of twenty feet, this dryer doesn't disturb anyone, which I adore. The attachments are strong and simple to change without wearing down, and it feels soft against my hair. Even on low, the airflow is surprisingly strong for my thin hair, and my friend with thick hair also praised it. This feels just like the Dyson I've used in the past, and the new Essence Pod feature enhances the drying process even further.

A great hair dryer

I have been using my drybliss hairdryer for a little over a month now, I couldn’t be happier honestly. It is literally the best hair dryer I have ever owned. And I love the essence pod, such a great innovation. I recommend it to everyone looking for a non expensive but premium product

Honestly

Honestly, I thought these hair dryers were a gimmick. I was wrong. I have buH length hair that is straight as an arrow (except the grays which, for some unknowable reason, are super curly) and preHy thick. With my old hair dryer it took about 15 minutes to get completely dry. Now, with this dryer, my hair is dry in less than half the =me and it’s shiny and smooth. Plus, the new essence pod is a total mind-blower! Very happy with this hair dryer upgrade. I have recommended it to several other people
