Disappointment with Unboxing Experience
Hello,
I recently received my order placed on the CR7 website and, although the products arrived correctly, I would like to share my disappointment regarding the packaging.
Given the size of the CR7 brand and its values of excellence, I expected a more premium and carefully presented packaging. However, the items arrived only in plastic with a simple card, which made the unboxing experience fall well below expectations.
I believe that, just as Cristiano Ronaldo always aims to exceed expectations, the customer experience should also reflect that same standard of quality including more appealing, secure, and brand‑aligned packaging.
