Great APY Rates!
Overall, great platform. Not perfect, but their APY rates and services/products offered are top-class.
Cons: They sometimes have problems with deposits and withdrawing funds -- whether it's their custodian having issues or glitches with their app, it is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
Pros: They're constantly incorporating additional products/services and promotions. Interest rates are better than most financial institutions out there. It has a 100% Recovery rate, reassuring you that your USD assets are safe, and covered!

You're also right about deposits and withdrawals—and it can be irksome when they need to be double-checked. Just know, however, that we use a custodian so we don't have to touch funds coming in and out. :-)

I LOVE this App. I started with it nearly a year ago and have really enjoyed the different investments that I can make and I like that I can change them the next time I invest.
The best thing I like about this app is that there are NO FEES EXCEPT FOR BORROWING....
How cool is that to not have to pay fees? I don't think I'll use any other investment apps because this one IS the best...You just can't lose.
All investments always give you something and you don't ever lose on them so why not try it out? You won't be disappointed. There are so many different choices that it's never a boring time with My Constant. You will be pleased with this app.

Lots of options but kind of confusing
MyConstant is an great and interesting platform with a lot of different options for investing, borrowing, and staking crypto. Since there are a lot of options for investing, info seems to be kind of scattered over their website tabs/app. That being said, their customer service is really helpful and they have a chat feature which is great for any questions even if they seem dumb to you. Would recommend using but not quite for beginners looking to get in the investing game.

A Great Asset
MyConstant is a great way to get your money working for you. It’s a great asset and has a lot of options to make your money grow.
The interest they offer on your money is better than any bank anywhere and they have crypto options as well. I also like the Calculator feature where it lets you know how much you need to invest each month to reach your financial goals.

When I ran into am issue with a deposit, they were very quick to help get it resolved for me. So far so good. There are a few times that I have issues with logging into the site, but that usually resolves within the day. So far I haven't lost anything, but I find the crypto currency aspect of the app to be confusing. (But I don't have much knowledge of it anyway). Right now, I have only been investing with USD. Secondary market is a bit of a pain so I typically don't bother with it.

So far the service seems to be pretty good I haven’t been able to explore everything yet it’s very hard to navigate the site but once you get it it’s not that bad. It seems like there’s a lot of different things you can do but it would be nice if there was a Learning school or something they gave you ideas on how you were supposed to use it.

So far Andy and his team have been very helpful everytime I have needed any of them for anything.
