Liquid culture jar arrived damaged with no magnetic stirrer bar. Contacted twice via email to request replacement.
Crickets.
Tried their phone number listed on website - disconnected.
Glad I only wasted $30 and not hundreds like others here.

I ordered a 240 V PID controller from these clowns and they sent me a 110 VPID controller

They also made me pay to ship back the 240 V so they could send out the 110 V and then they blocked me and never replied.

The owner’s name is Cary, complete trash along with the rest of this company.

Voice and email boxes are full so no contact for updates, tracking or refund. Ya wait long enough to start thinking its to late when they ghosted me

I wouldn't give them any stars but in order to move on to the review part I had to give them a single star. Don't order anything from these people first of all their shop is a total mess second of all you can't get anybody on the phone. I placed an order and the confirmation email said my order should be ready The following day, but it also said I would get an email saying my order was ready it's been 5 days and I can't get them on their phone. On their Website there is a customer service chat, guess what, once you send your question you get a response that no one is available and they will be in contact in 48hs. ....still waiting days later. The phone number is obviously a cell number that they don't answer and mailbox is always full. I ve even text the number. They are very aware that I have been trying to get in contact with them. I even got a call where they butt dialed me and I can hear them in the background hollaring at each other . This is really not business it's a hobby shop that is total chaos. Sad to say they are still holding my money because they leave it pending so I can't get it back from my credit card company unti it is processed. I tried to deal with mycology first but since they won't respond or give me my money back or even confirm my order, I have no other option but to write a review my next review will be on the BBB.

Thanks everyone for your accurate reviews!! Myco-supply didn't take my hard earned money. One worded reply to my email lead me here. Purchasing from Fungi Perfecti instead.

I have purchased over 4 all in one grow bags over the last year and every single one of them fermented and failed. Do not use all in one grow bags and expect the results that are advertised. They did not mold and my spores were clean and grew great on agar. You’re better off making your own brown rice bags and buying or making your own substrate. I found a superb supplier in Burleson TX. I even started buying my grain from them. Just FYI. No offense to Mycology supply it just doesn’t work for me and I have tried to many times and wasted to much money. I am sure they work for others.

I've been waiting for a laminar flow hood from them for over 3 months. They haven't responded to emails. Honestly they need to shut down instead of wasting customers' time and money. It's a scam.

No response to emails or phone calls regarding my purchase of a flow hood.

As everyone else has mentioned. I placed a order back in December, have not recieved the order. I tried emails, phone calls. costomer service does not exist. PLEASE DON'T order from this company.

If I could rate at zero stars I would. This is a fraudulent entity--do not buy from them. As other have stated, their customer service is non-existent. There is now way to reach them to cancel, change an order or speak to them about anything. I ordered a $600 flow hood. It never showed up (three months since ordering now). I'm currently disputing the charge via my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Terrible (non existent) customer service, no response from emails, voicemails or their live chat. The bot on the live chat thought it was November but it’s February, unbelievable.

I ordered a $600 flow hood from their site. Waited 10 day before following up because their site says 4 day lead times. After receiving no reply and no answer when calling their number I decided to look up reviews. After seeing the poor reputation of the company and products I decided to cancel my order.

Despite calling the number multiple times nobody answered. Each time I was directed to the voicemail box for another business named Optical Structures INC.

It's now been 30 days and I have not received any communication from the seller on the order status, other than the initial order confirmation. I also have not seen the charge on my card which is very suspicious and makes me think they are trying to avoid charge backs due to delays. I requested the order to be canceled via email and voicemail, no response. They also want to charge a 15% restocking fee for any canceled orders.

Ordered a bunch of items from the website a month ago and still have not received anything. I called the number they provided on my payment confirmation and directs me to another company. Not responsive. MUST BE A SCAM.

I ordered ( King Trumpet Oyster grain spawn and two Lions Mane grain spawn. For some reason they (Cyndy) took upon themselves to substitute spore syringes for grain spawn. Not an acceptable trade, especially without reaching out to me first.
I called company and they acted they would send the grain spawn. Not surprisingly, it never came.

I would have given less stars if I could have. From the very beginning there was problems with the flow hood not working to everything else that I order came in either damaged or contaminated. When the contaminated stuff came in and they replaced it, it just contaminated again.
