First time buying with Mychway and I am very pleased. Miya was wonderful and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I bought the Aristorm S Shape Machine BS-36KS and it works great. I've noticed a difference just after a couple of uses. If I decide to purchase other devices I will definitely look to Mychway first. No regrets at all!

This company is a shit show. They sent me a bad label and never sent me my machine . I will keep putting reviews but they refused to refund my money also !! I’m so sick to my stomach . They just took my money like that . DO NOT TRUST !

I am very happy with the Machine I am going to have to still get use to how to use. I would have like more information on how to use the attachments and what is recommended for serums. I would also like a way to order extra tips for the Hydrofacial attachment.

As I order in mid January not knowing about the holiday that was approaching The customer service from mychway at all times kept me informed about my order. Another thing was when the holiday was over I asked about my order again and they provided informationa and a tracking once I got my track8ng number I received my Machine 4 days later. I cannot say enough about their customer service. Always respectful and on point. I purchased an S-Shape Pro, one of the handles had a problem, and I contacted them via What’s App(that’s the best way to communicate with them). They had another handle out to me in less than a week. On another occasion, a friend had given me a used Hydrafacial machine. She had lost the LED mask. I was able to purchase a replacement very easily. They are in top of their customer service at all times. Just remember that they are on a different time schedule than the USA.

The machine arrived quickly and safely to us. The hard case it was in is very sturdy and protected the machine. The machine setup was quick and easy and instructions were easy to follow. The machine works great is very good quality and is easy to operate.
