I was very frustrated when I couldn't get my software download and activation to work. I tried getting help from Microsoft but was given the wrong information. I went back to My Software support, and Jake helped me resolve the problem.

The phone support was great. I initially tried to buy from Microsoft website but they have so many roadblocks with signing in here and there (I am unable to sign in, it was never resolved) so I wrote them an email to take a hike and shut up.

Jake did an outstanding job helping me navigate to a successful install path for my Visio 2024 Professional purchase that allowed me to keep my Microsoft Smart App Control security on. The download link in the email that was sent triggered the Smart App Control to block the install which caught me a little by surprise.
Jake is knowledgeable and guided me quickly to the web site and menu selections to initiate the install. He stayed on the call until I successfully completed the install, signed in, and brought up a document that I was eager to get updated.
This was my first experience with My Choice, and will not be my last.
