Abusing technical issue to scam away

My 42$ reward is replaced to frank apology mail.

I completed dice dreams quest(restore kingdom 50|42.15$)at 12/15 but they wont pay anything for more than 80hours.

I opened ticket about it and I got AI answer that excuses "tracking issue"

Mychips excuses so called "tracking issue" when they have to pay high rewards but they want do scam and cut off the user from the offer when its reward goes higher.

They track your offers and pay you as soon as you have completed it. When you encounter problem with being credited, you contact them and then they solve it, they are honest and don't delay your rewards.

MyChips, you disappoint me more every day. I've been waiting for over a month for my reward for the tournament that was organized so long ago, and you still haven't paid me the $50 you promised. All you do is ignore me, and your customer service has NEVER responded. You just need to pay me what you owe me and let's get this over with.

I played one of their games but it quit…

I played one of their games but it quit tracking. I tried their support with screenshots to prove I made it further but they were zero help. I don't even think they opened the screenshots.

Having problems with rewards

Having problems with rewards. You open a ticket and they just tell you to wait. No follow up, no reply even after days, no reply to e-mails. Pretty bad customer service

They're simply the best.

This great people are the best in relating with users and solving any issues you complain about. Most times I've massaged them for missing credit and other issues, they have never disappoint for once. Other offer walls should emulate them, they're wonderful. Please keep being the best, don't change.

Poor Support and Uncredited Completed Offer

I completed a MyChips offer (Cryptogram to level 300 it stopped tracking at 200), which took over 16 hours, and submitted clear proof of completion.

The response I received was:

“Indeed, we see that you clicked on the offer, but it seems there were some issues with your tracking… Problems with tracking can have several causes, such as using a VPN, an unstable Internet connection, not downloading the app directly from our link, or if one has downloaded the app before… These are situations on your side we cannot control.”

This reply was generic and speculative. None of the listed issues applied to my case, and no effort was made to review or discuss the evidence I submitted. Despite that, my ticket was closed without credit.

While they “apologize,” the outcome is that a fully completed offer was not honored, and the user bears all the risk even when proof is provided. That makes the offerwall unreliable.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend MyChips to anyone who values their time.

Also wasted 5 bucks on the ad blocker Thanks Mychips!

Won't pay you for work done

Won't pay you for work done, despite evidence provided. Always have technical issues once you get to the awards making this worthwhile. Avoid this lot and find other similar providers that will actually provide the payment for the work done.
Also ran a tournament that didn't work, despite raising the issue within hours of it starting, never fixed the issue and obviously didn't provide any reward for the minimum time required to get a guaranteed reward.
Avoid this lot and don't waste your time, they just scam you out of hard earned money!
