I ordered two bags, I thought one pink, one black but the order went through as two pin but that isn't the issue.
Only one bag arrived. I emailed support and was asked to prove what had arrived by photographing the bag. So I did this and showed them that only one bag had arrived and I ordered two. They said they would look into it. They then queried colours and we established that I had seemingly ordered two pink not one pink and one black.
They promised to send me the missing bag on 17th May. I chased in June has it hadn't arrived and I had had to notification.
My email was a reply to their email saying they would send me a bag. Their response - oh we will need to look into this, can you tell me what you received.
I replied and pointed out that they had already looked into it and I now just wanted a refund. I have since had no response. I have emailed, left reviews on social media and still no reply and no second bag.
On the quality of the bag - its ok but not worth the aggro.
