The on line booking process was easy to use. They had great customer service. They did not carry out extra work without calling me first. They explained other things my car needs to have done.
Highly recommend them. Will definitely go back there.

Great customer service, good knowledge and advice from staff.

No friendly service. Was Not explaining what did during the service until l asked.
I had problems in break system and noticeable when wheel rotating did not comment on that and other problems like problems in light system which waning massage is already displayed in the monitor. If they could be friendly and took small timing to explain me this could have been a different experience and l would book for a repair at mycar and now l totally changed my mind for a better service provider.😕

Rob is amazing always up front with what needs to be done and what has to be done and finds solutions to problems that are affordable and safe unlike other places that charge the earth for the same result. Rob is such a great asset to Mycar at Pimpama. Tim my amazing mechanic is the best mechanic he gets the job done and my Rav 4 loves him. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We get all our services done at Mycar for both cars, Rob and the team are always friendly and accommodating, couldn't recommend them more highly

I thought the customer service was fine, just kept waiting while the counter person had at least of 5 mins discussiom with a staff member while I was waiting to book in, from my experience, the customer should be considered first and internal business discussions held later. Matters requested for action during the service were not advised upon vehicle collect, I had to ask the counter person, a better post service summary of repairs or otherwise needs some improvement.

Needed my drivers side window regulator replaced urgently as l was unable to fully wind up the window. The team was able to replace the old regulator and motor the following day at a fair and reasonable price. Great service- well done!
