Good friendly service.
My two new tyres and wheel alignment were easily booked online with my choice of drop off and pickup time. The work was completed well before my pickup time. The office manager was very courteous and helpful as I also arrived 45minutes early, but was able to leave my car there before my booking time.

Lack of information.
There is nothing listed on my tax invoice to indicate work completed on my car.
I asked to be contacted when work on my car was completed. This wasn’t done.

Didn’t complete the job on the day I…
Didn’t complete the job on the day I had off work to get it done. Charged me $560 per tyre and when I done some research found the same tyres for over $100 less elsewhere. Won’t be returning.

Timely service, good communication and when there was a tyre delivery delay they upgraded my tyres for the same original price to prevent inconvenience to myself which was very much appreciated.
