I am extremely disappointed with Mycar at hallam

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Mycar Hallam Tyres and Auto. As a customer, I was left waiting for more than three hours while my car sat untouched. No one checked it, no one updated me, and no one took responsibility for the delay, until the shop was closed. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for any business claiming to provide professional automotive services.

What made the experience even worse was the behaviour of a staff member named Arsh. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering solutions or taking ownership of the situation, he repeatedly tried to shift blame, kick customer out and make all kind of excuses, and blamed Mycar company itself. I have never encountered customer service this poor, and it is shocking that someone with such behaviour is still employed in a customer-facing role.

The overall service at Mycar Hallam Tyres during this visit was far below any reasonable standard. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied. If this issue is not addressed promptly and properly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the appropriate commission. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and timely service — none of which were provided in this experience.

Fantastic service

The team at Hallam My Car were very friendly, helpful, communicative and efficient. They went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly, which was particularly important as I was part way in to an interstate road trip on my way to see my first grandchild. It was not a simple fix - I needed a new alternator, but they got in and got it done in just a couple of hours. Great service.

Amazing Service!

Had an amazing experience at Mycar, Hallam. The team was super professional and helpful, and the service on my car was topnotch. Big shoutout to Phil for his outstanding customer service and friendly manner, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free.
