Had 4 new tyres fitted
Great service. I purchased 4 new tyres for my car and a wheel alignment. The spare was on the car and the tyre in the boot had a puncture when I took it in. I explained this to the staff, and they got rid of the damaged tyre in the boot and put the old spare in the boot. They sent me a text when it was ready to be picked up.

I explained why I was booking the car…
I explained why I was booking the car in (with limited knowledge of the subject). The booking was made, and a worst-case estimate provided, and included a thorough inspection of the concerning engine area (the airconditioning region). I expected to be there for hours during repair.
The inspection took place. The problem was found. The technician took me through the process (and also showed me where to look if it happened again) - and because it was fixed during the inspection, the charge was only half of the estimated cost based on my information.
The staff are wonderful. I will never go anywhere else.
