Saque negado e saldo da conta zerado - Withdrawal rejected and balanced removed from account

Eu gostaria de dar nota 0 para essa empresa porém a nota mínima é 1 estreal.
Meu saque foi negado com pretexto que eu tinha violado os 20% da regra de consistência. O problema maior foi que a My Capital Trader (Mycaptrader) zerou todo o saldo da conta alegando que eles tem esse direito, ou seja, o trader (operador) não tem seguraça nenhuma e ainda está a mercê dos caprichos dessa empresa fundo-de-quintal.

Façam um favor a vocês mesmos, NÃO ESCOLHAM ESSA EMPRESA PARA OPERAR! Existem muitas outras que tratam o operador com mais respeito!

I'd be thrilled to rate this little and badly managed prop firm. Unfortunately, the minimum score is 1 star.

My withdrawal was rejected under the condition that I breached the 20% consistency rule. I believe its quite fair and I can live with that but the issue started when MyCap Trader removed all the balance from my account returning it to zero. They said this is within and T&C rights to do whatever they want with the accounts and we traders are merely their operators. Absolutely disrespectful towards the traders and I seriously advise you all NOT TO TRADE FOR THIS LITTLE AND BADLY MANAGED BRAZILIAN COMPANY.
Save yourselves from problems and headaches.
