My budget is extremely expensive. The costs are not fully disclosed before you join. They rush you through the contract so you don’t have time to fully understand it. The weekly fees are $59. Where you don’t have access to your money on the weekend or public holidays.
They then have a $1100 set up fee! This is insane. As a new mum on Centrelink this really hits hard.

Fantastic Customer Service
We've been using MyBudget for over 4 years now and this is our 3rd time back. When we re-signed, we were told most customers come and go a few times before committing. The customer service team are always polite and professional. We never feel alone and always feel supported. We're about to embark on a 6-week holiday to the USA. We are debt free and once we return from our vacation will continue to save for a deposit to purchase a house within the next 2 years. If you feel the mountain is too high to climb alone, please contact MyBudget. You won't be disappointed, only annoyed you didn't do it sooner!

Decided to join as I heard great things from friends using the service however, it was difficult with several significant errors from the start.
For such a high start up and admin fee, I expected far more than I got. Customer service and everyone I spoke to were always really helpful and lovely to speak, and I liked the idea of someone else managing due dates for finances etc but they made too many errors including paying bills twice and some not at all, paying a bill when I was asked for it to reimburse to me, and not sending money on correct days making my account overdraw. My salary was available on each of these errors, it was a processing error each time. By the end of the service, the only thing offer was a $9.50 discount to my admin fee. Really disappointed.

My budget is a great company that has helped us a lot with our finances over the last 10ish years. My only problem is that it is quite expensive. If the service was cheaper, I know a lot of people that would love to join.

I joined MyBudget nearly 10 years ago and it has changed my life. I was going through a divorce, declared bankruptcy, was a single mum and juggling and struggling trying to make ends meet.
I now understand how to budget and am ever so grateful to have gained this knowledge, and continue to do so, through such fantastic people at MyBudget. Of course, over such a long period of time, there has been a couple of hiccups along the way but the staff at MyBudget have worked through any issues with me and we continue to enjoy a fantastic financial relationship.
When I met my partner, I was adamant that he also join MyBudget. It took some persuading but he came on board and is also less stressed about money.
As for the fees, if we weren't with MyBudget, we would be paying astronomical interest fees on credit cards, loans and other debt. The only debt we have is our mortgage. How awesome is that!

I honestly feel that if it wasn't for Mybudget we would be floundering in a multitude of debt, we can no longer stress out, as we know that all our bills re paid on time, and the staff are only too willing to answer any queries we have. I was struggling to pay my old debts and regular bills on time. I was harassed by debt collectors constantly. Somehow, I always avoided them, but I had to make a better lifestyle choice for myself and my children. I was visiting family members in Adelaide and saw an advertisement about Mybudget on TV. I liked the advertisement. To me, I knew Mybudget is the help and support I needed to change my lifestyle and happiness, be stress free. I made the right decision to join Mybudget. I am now currently a happy person enjoying my life. Thank you to all staff at Mybudget, always happy, trusting cheery voice that make me feel secure financially and emotionally a better person, and I feel like a part of Mybudget family.

I felt very positiveafter the initial meeting however things have changed. it took a while to get correct funds transferred into the correct accounts, we had to re add things that had been included during first meeting yet not transferred to the budget. I'm a little disappointed that we don't have one person looking after our budget. We get responses from at least 4 different people.

I cannot speak highly enough of MyBudget! The service has always been exemplary and we would not have gone so far without them! With their help we were able to save for our wedding, get a new car and now in the process of buying our first home!
Before joining MyBudget everything was just overwhelming! Bills, payments you name it and it was stressful! Now we don't have to worry! Our bills are always on time and we can actually save money!

Since being with mybudget for the last couple of years we have never been better off. We have been able to save money, we never have to worry about our bills being paid on time anymore, and we have been in a much better financial position to purchase items that ordinarily we would in the past have gone without because we could never find the extra funds.Do yourself the biggest favour, join mybudget now.

My wife and I are open about our inability to stick to a budget. We both have strong earning ability, but could never save anything from our paychecks. This got exponentially worse as our children came along.

I was suspicious of mybudget, as they promised a fix to all ours problems and it seemed to good to be true. "How much will this cost me?" was the big question I wanted answered.

While it seems they are not cheap ($46/week) and initial thoughts are "that's a lot of money just to make a budget up", we have not once noticed the fee, as the money we have saved from prioritising our bills, keeping money for quarterly's, planned events, kids fees etc. far outweighs the cost. You always know what money you have to spend and can make decisions based on that figure.
They also helped us re-finance all our loans to cut out a huge amount of money we were throwing away.
We now have a structured monthly savings, no bill stress, ahead in our loan repayments and all with very minimal change in our day to day lives.

Mybudget is perfect for those of us who struggle with keeping to budgets, or struggle to even make a budget. We don't see ourselves ever leaving.

in just under a year I have been with MB I live stress free from money issues, all bills paid on time, savings happening, and my car nearly all paid.
I would (and do) recommend MB to everyone I talk to. If you are thinking about money stress stop and just join MB.
