Complete scam. Let me deposit perfectly fine but when I won 2 bets and wanted to withdraw they magically need more KYC information which they are legally supposed to collect before hand. Futhermore the second part of identity verification wouldnt work for me no matter how many times I did it and eventually I wasnt allowed to do it anymore. Fast foward to today and my account has been "terminated" for breaking a rule???? I bet if I never withdrew I would still be able to deposit freely. This site used to be great, the customer service was good, and the promotions generous.

As of December 2025, however, things changed. The same holiday promotions are out, but I wasnt able to access them despite placing the qualifying bets. Customer service told me my account was not eligible due to a management decision, and they did not provide any more explanation after I asked for clarification.

The dishonesty and unwillingness to honor their promises is forcing me to look elsewhere for my business. If this is how they treat a long time, loyal customer, I cant recommend them to anyone else.

Not sure why so many negative reviews? I had a great experience with them, no issues at all, fast deposit and withdraws, did the verification first and had no problem at all.

So this website allows you gamble in states where it is not allowed. But the reality issue is you will not get your money back. I deposited 300 and won a lot but the site would not let me withdraw until make $3000+ in total bets. And it doesn't count any money you spend in their casino. Horrible and a scam! They let you deposit money thru a third party , but you can’t withdraw the same way. Furthermore they won’t let you withdraw thru Chime Bank. It’s terrible but I will event get my money. I’ll open an account just to get it! Stay away from Them!

Mybookie scams customers and doesn’t give out the RTP they advertise. If you win on sports betting then try to play casino games your RTP will be no more than 10%. I have played a large enough sample size to determine what they are doing.

To $8,000 tried to withdraw $5,000 which is the max and they asked for identity verification I had been winning for 10 Days straight sent them multiple different identity and they claim it wasn’t verified never paid me! The verification took weeks and they found every way and loophole to not pay me. Also cancelled anybody close to me that I referred to their site took there accounts as well.

I deposited 50$ on a Friday for a boxing match and won. When I tried to withdraw my funds it stated I had to wait until i reached a rollover limit of 700$. I reached out to customer service on Monday morning and was informed they can remove the rollover, the first person was helpful and removed the rollover but apparently another rollover was placed on the account. When I called back I spoke with another decent rep who informed me that they would remove that rollover also and that they was unsure how it was put on the account. Once all the rollovers were removed I tried withdrawing my funds but came into yet another issue with this betting platform. When withdrawing with a bank account they charge a 35$ fee and a minimum of 100$ that can be withdrawn. I only had 120$ that I won. I called again Tuesday morning to get some more help and was transferred to a manager name Ana she would not provide her employee ID or any other information. She was no help at all, she did not try to help the situation at all and advised me to download a bitcoin app and withdraw my funds that way. When i asked for her information she refused and got really nasty and started talking over me. She was very unprofessional and for her to be the manager that is not acceptable. Bitcoin does a 25$ withdraw fee also so regardless I would have to add money, hope to win enough for the withdraw fee and the minimum of 100$ that can be withdrawn then get my money. this site is true scam.

Very untrustworthy site. Accout management either are highly uneducated and straight liars. Horrible customer service. Refuse to accept open bet parlays and blame you for doing it wrong. Had a account for awhile problems here and there for some reason now they dont want everyone's service the block your account from being able to accept bets and make you call in. So if you win just be ready for unfair advantages against your account.

Refuse to pay, once I verified everything, they wanted to speak over the phone, they ended the call twice stating that I wasn't answering them fast enough. Though I'm lock out of my account, I'm being ask about bets made months ago.
