I have ordered from Bollox quite a few times because the product is great, however I accidentally ordered the wrong size for a Christmas present. Emailed customer services 4 times to try and exchange/see what I could do about the situation and didn’t get a single response. I think the owners who I met at a Christmas fair a couple of years ago, who were lovely, would be very disappointed. 5 stars for product. 0 stars for customer service.

I bought my first pair at the Newbury show, more as a charity principle, thinking that bamboo must be a poor excuse for cotton, but give it a go🙏😊.
I have 4 pairs and just ordered another 4, because they are hard wearing, very comfy and better than anything else l have ever worn.

Purchase on line for christmas. Came nicely boxed. Postage was a bit slow hence the 4 stars

Received a pair as a present, too small and designed to be tight fitting, which is extremely poor for mens groinal health, unable to return and be refunded for item due to hygiene reasons! Be extremely sure you are 100% this item is correct for you
