The place was very clean and had a variety of interesting furniture with reasonable prices. Shemar the guest experience specialist was very helpful. He gave great savings information, was very informative, help me fill out my forms and was very personal. He really knew what he was talking about. He takes his work very serious. I really enjoyed my experience with him.
Positive experience at the Glendale location
My sales rep Victor was very nice. He took his time and answered all of my questions . Even as we were proceeding with the sale, his manager was also very nice and friendly and wanted to know if I had any questions.. Everything was very smooth. I was approved for the Bobs card and I won’t get charged until it ships.
WE LOVE BOB’S AND BILL!
When we got our house 13 years ago we got furniture from Bob’s and it lasted beautifully, but it was time for a change, so we went back to where it started. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with a smile but were able to look around before we asked questions. Bill answered any and all questions offered us so many options and helped us find the best deals. Such an amazing experience and we walked out with everything we needed. Amazing service and amazing furniture and amazing prices. Not one bad thing to say. We will definitely be back!

When I 1st got married, I had a very small budget and his furniture served it's purpose but did fall apart easily. I wonder if his beds can compete with the higher end brands now that he has come so far & successful. Made many people able to afford new furniture when it was tight. Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. Bought this brand new and it was delivered to me with multiple CARVINGS in it, not scratches. Mind you, it was a huge hassle, even getting them to deliver it and it took over a month to set up a date. If you try to ask if there’s a certain window of the day they will arrive, they’re unable to give you that until the day of delivery…. That’s absolutely insane and I don’t know how people that work normal jobs and aren’t working home, schedule things like this? Because, it was extremely difficult for myself. Then when it arrives like someone took a knife to it in NINE different places? When I called to have this taken back, they were unable to that night and mentioned friday. I agreed to set it up Friday then they call saying they don’t have anything until 6 weeks….
So now I’m stuck with a carved in piece of furniture like someone was g0d damn wood carving.
I mean, they don’t call it discount for nothing; Absolute joke- I should’ve bought from Ikea and endured the annoyance of putting it together. You’re definitely better off buying furniture elsewhere.

BEWARE BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE financing!
When they ask you to sign up for the 0% financing for 6 months through FORTIVA retail services-
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT!
I paid off my account in 4 months and was told as soon as I did I would be all set and the account would be closed and zeroes out.
1 year later FORTIVA had left the account open and charged me a $79 fee, then a $35 penalty for not paying within 30 days.
When I called customer service to find out why I have a charge on a zero balance account, they refused to remove the charge and demanded I pay The annual fee before they would close the account, and if I did not they were going to report me to the credit agencies!
So beware of the deceptive business practice here- and save yourself the hassle by avoiding the Bob's discount furniture "zero percent financing for 6 months" or you'll end up paying after it's paid off
Shop somewhere else- the furniture bought from there is shit anyway and their good proof insurance is a scam too- they don't even honor the repairs if something is wrong and the one time I've dealt with them in the past where they did- they shipped us an electronic motor and told us to figure out how to install it ourselves on the couch seat that didn't work from the factory!

We talked to people that had went to Bobs for furniture. We opted to go look around at the Wyomissing store. We were greated by pleasant associates. Louis was the first sales person to approach us and explained to us what to do if we needed help. Louis came back to us and talked with us on different options the store offered. We went through the process and Louis was the most amazing sales associate I have ever had to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and had patients while we talked through the items we wanted. He went as far as giving his opinion. And showed us what the furniture could come with. I would recommend Bobs to anyone looking for furniture. Also look or ask for Louis he is a great asset to the sales staff in our personal opinion.

Best furniture store
Mathew was very knowledgeable regarding all the furniture in the store and was able to answer all of our questions. He was friendly,extremely patient, and we never felt pressured into buying anything. As for the store, they had a great selection, affordable pricing, and a reasonable delivery fee. Mathew and Bobs will definitely be our go to furniture store from now on.
Junk Stools
I bought four stools from them online after having a good experience buying another piece of furniture from them at a local store. I didn’t realize that they don’t even sell these stools in their stores, only online through a third-party seller. Maybe if they actually sold them in the store where staff could sit on them, they wouldn’t sell them anymore because they are absolute junk and not built for anyone over 5 feet or 100 pounds. And the saddest part is they have a no return or exchange policy for these stools. I won’t shop at Bob’s ever again.
