I bought mattress from Bob’s for my guest room. I had visitors coming from out of state. The mattress quality was awful. The springs popped out of the mattress with 4 months purchasing the mattress so I threw that junk away and bought me a better quality mattress for the same price. I sent pictures to show them how the mattress looked with tags still on them and was told to send them back to them to get my money back. I am not spending delivery to send trash back to them and those mattress was already in the trash. You sold me junk and I have to pay to return them. Why would you want throat junk back? Were you going to refurbish them to resell them? 2nd time I bought bad quality furniture from . I should of learned my lesson the first time. I will never shop here again.

Kevin was the perfect salesman
Kevin was the perfect salesman. Knowledgeable, respectful, and available when we needed him. He gave us great advice, and we never felt pressured to buy or rushed in any way. He made the whole process extremely easy and very pleasant.
Antonio and the delivery crew were outstanding too. Very fast and clean. All the furniture was built well.

Terrible experience
We ordered a sofa on November 18.
The first delivery was scheduled for December 22. The sofa arrived damaged.
A second delivery was rescheduled for December 29. That sofa arrived used.
A third and final delivery attempt took place on January 6. Once again, the sofa arrived damaged.
For both the December 29 and January 6 deliveries, I received a phone call the morning of delivery assuring me that the sofa had been inspected, was in proper condition, and was ready for delivery. Despite these assurances, the product delivered was unacceptable each time.
It is difficult to understand how a large, established company can repeatedly fail at such a fundamental aspect of its business.
When I requested a refund after the third failed delivery, the response was simply “okay.” There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience of waiting for three separate deliveries, and no effort to make the situation right.
To make matters worse, when I mentioned the confirmation calls I received from customer service guaranteeing a new, undamaged sofa, I was asked to provide the name and phone number of the representative because there was “no record” of anyone calling me. This response was both dismissive and insulting.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has fallen far below any reasonable standard of customer service

Customer support was very understanding and reached out to their team and contacted the driver...NEEDLESS to say as I was finishing up with customer support the drivers where pulling up to my apt. The 2 gentleman were very nice, the put everything together in record time once I showed them where everything was to be plced..they even took the trash with them,😊 asked if I was satisfied and to which I replied MOST DEFINITELY....

BOB'S GIVES OUT YOUR INFORMATION JUST ASK
The sales girl was okay, there was a problem and she focused on the other person not me and I decided not to move forward with the sale. A lady accused my dog of biting her child. Crazy does not deserve any kind of conversation I left - the sales girl kept saying I feel bad and my fried said she was not hurt she was scared and her mother should have walked around with her not in between three adults and two dogs. The manager when the woman asked for it gave him my phone number - PRIVACY didn't they teach their staff you do not give out customer information? Meanwhile my dog is quarantined and it wiIl cost me $50 which I plan on getting back 10 fold when I file a lawsuit for my privacy being violated and him giving a stranger my phone number omg you have been warned any idiot would have known you do not do that and he is a manager!!!!!
