Was very fast, good service! I'm excited to finally play with a bunch of friends!

Love BlackboxServers. Support has always been great and servers seem stable. Connection is always good. I have went with other service providers but Blackbox has always done right by me.

very good server just annoying that dayz makes it very hard to get all mods and admins added smoothely

I was setting a 7 days to die alpha server, they set up the sever quickly but it would not perform, and I could not connect and after 4 hours with tech support I gave up.

more setup options than other services twice the price, may take an hour to answer a ticket but i still find black box better than others i have tried

Have used this hosting service twice and they always delivered what they show.

I'm using BlackBoxServers for several years now, on various games and it works like a charm. Their support is pristine and you get an answer on your query in a couple of hours usually. Highly recommanded !

its a bit early for a review, but if this is purely on the beginning experience. the admin panel is easy to use but has many many options.

I have not had a problem with BlackBoxServers and any minor issues that have occured have been dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner!

good host, not sure what the bad reviews are about, they are easy to reach and servers run perfect.

Good service, easy to use control panel and pre-built scripts. Had zero issue uploading mods or doing what I needed to with it.

Moved my ark server without notification and lost all server files in process and then could not link the control panel with appropriate account. I canceled both servers with them. Still fighting a monthly charge since February. Have a $130 credit (from charges even after servers were canceled) that still has not been refunded.

I have had very few problems with this company. The interface for managing the server is easy, setting everything up was a piece of cake and it is actually quite affordable. My only gripe is that if you miss a payment, for whatever reason, you are only given 3 days to fix it. That makes it somewhat difficult if you are having a problem with your payment option. If that grace period could be extended a bit, I think everything would be perfect.

Good prices, customer service is usually on point, with quick responses.

Are also willing to change server settings free of cost unlike a few other hosts ive been with.

Great service for hosting game servers. Wouldn't look past them, doing a great job at hosting a game server for a small group of people to play on for a great price
