Extremely Disappointing and Harmful Experience
I was a repeat customer of MyBestWriter for over two years and spent well over $1,000 with this company during that time. Because of previous positive experiences, I trusted them with a major graduate-level literature review assignment that alone cost me more than $600 after additional charges and upgrades were added.
I provided detailed instructions, organized themes, templates, dozens of peer-reviewed articles, clarification emails, and repeated guidance explaining exactly how the assignment needed to be written and synthesized.
Before accepting additional payment, the company themselves acknowledged the complexity of the project and reassured me the work would be handled properly. I agreed to pay more because this assignment was extremely important to my continuation in my graduate program.
What I ultimately received was nowhere near graduate-level quality. Instead of producing a properly synthesized literature review, the paper largely summarized articles individually with little meaningful analysis or integration. Faculty reviewing the work immediately identified serious problems with the structure and academic quality.
The most frustrating part is that I repeatedly tried to help them succeed. I even sent additional documents breaking down exactly what was required and grouped the research into themes for the writer to follow. Despite all of that, the final product still failed to meet expectations for graduate academic writing.
The consequences were serious and jeopardized my academic standing within my graduate program.
When I requested a refund, the company refused. Their explanation was that the writer had already been paid, despite publicly advertising customer satisfaction and a money-back guarantee.
Instead of taking accountability, they offered “future free work” with another writer. After this experience, I had absolutely no trust left in the company or their quality control process.
I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for a company I had supported for years, but this experience crossed the line from disappointing into academically damaging.
If you are relying on this company for important graduate-level work requiring critical thinking, synthesis, or advanced scholarly writing, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
