I was so excited to decorate my living-dining room but I had too many ideas and couldn't seem to get translate my vision into a reality. After stubbornly believing that I could decorate an awe-inspiring home all alone, I gave up and contacted My Bespoke Room.

My designer Rosie was phenomenal! She took the time to hear all my weird and wonderful ideas and took elements of my favourites and managed to incorporate them in a way I would never have thought of myself.

She knew I loved more classical design but was living in a new build and she also took the time to listen to me go on and on about my love of deep dark greens but this was going to be problematic in a space that doesn't get a lot of light. She suggested jade sofas and crisp white panelling in contrast against cargo wall paint. I wasn’t sure until I saw the stunning 2D visuals she provided and then I was in love. It was literally me, embodied in a room.

I'm actually doing the design a disservice here as not only was it beautiful but Rosie came up with some ingenious ways to make the most of the space and now the room feels twice as big!

I cannot recommend this service enough, especially to fellow DIYers. After all, collaborating with experts with years of experience can only be a good thing!

Well, it's been a wonderful journey with My Bespoke Room ever since I stumbled onto their service on the Houzz website. I am most happy to recommend their services to you.

Starting with Jess who you'll meet if you click onto their website, she'll very nicely introduce you to the range of services offered by My Bespoke Room including the prices and processes. If you decide to go ahead and take the design plunge with their company (and I think you probably should and will) - she'll make sure you are connected to a designer that fits with your personality and project.

This brings me to Olivia B (Liv) who became the designer for my new small flat. She has been quite wonderful through the whole process from the very beginning of getting ideas from me to which direction I wanted to go… to the final design stages for the hallway, bedrooms, and open plan living area according to my brief. She is super professional whilst being a great person, very friendly, and super enjoyable to work with. Liv worked extremely hard with me over messages, chats, and Zoom calls to hone in on what I wanted/needed within the bounds of possibilities and according to the flat size and budget. With a measure-up service offered, I was confident that everything recommended would fit perfectly. The finished design for the open living area + bedrooms and hallway ended up being well above any expectations that I had. The service Liv offered was/is superb. I can most definitely recommend working with Liv.

Plus I am now working with Jessica-Alice who is my dedicated shopping assistant. She has and is helping me to make the purchasing of all furniture/art etc that I have chosen to be delivered easily and on time. This is a marvelous addition to the overall My Bespoke Service for which I’m most grateful.

Paid for room design package, received 2 ugly design. The designer is really nice from beginning to the end. I wish I could share the design so you can see how bad it is. I never used the design, just wasted the money. There is not a feedback system to monitor performance or results or client experience. They wouldn't seen bother to ask for it. Let's just say, interior design without the designer seeing the real space in reality just does not work. Wasted 250GBP. I wished I had not wasted my time nor money.

Totally worth the money, I was worried it might be too expensive, but they can really help you design your place and help discuss your ideas, so that you are comfortable and can live more enjoyably and productively. Think of it as a way of caring for yourself. The company did a great job taking my initial preferences and matching me with a designer who understood exactly what I was looking for (it helps to be discerning and clear about what you like and what you don't like). I was nervous about choosing the right designer, but they really excel at this and I believe they chose someone who is better than whoever I would have otherwise chosen on my own. I feel that now that my place is more stylish and comfortable, I will be more productive, happier, and can recover the initial costs of the investment in no time (plus when you do sell the place, having a property that is effectively designed helps with the resale value).
