Really superb products and service
Really superb products and service. Seen that other reviewers have left negative comments due to items being out of stock - whilst this might be disappointing at the time they are probably sold out because they are so good ! It’s quality that counts and these are some of the best products I’ve ever found anywhere. Head and shoulders above some of the biggest brands and way way way more socially responsible

As I explained to you in my email, the founder of Skin Genius recalled the cream in question as there had been a few faulty tubes in the batch. Whilst there was nothing wrong with the product itself it didn't meet their high quality standards. I therefore cancelled your order and issued you a full refund. I also promised to inform you once a new batch had been produced and gave you a 20% off offer code to use then.
I appreciate you were disappointed that you couldn't get the product, but I could not risk sending a potential faulty product.

5 star customer service ⭐️
I purchased YUNI illuminating body balm and I couldn’t recommend this product enough, smells gorgeous and leaves my skin nice and soft with a lovely shimmer. More importantly, the customer service has been amazing, fast delivery, and got a fast response to my questions about this specific product. Highly recommend this business.

Excellent service and products. I purchased two gifts for a friend and family member. The gifts were very well received and both were very happy with the products from Yuni and Herbal Essentials. The founder is a wonderful woman who works incredibly hard at delivering a 5star experience for all customers. I will 110% be ordering from her site again. Thank you :)

Manufacturers Problem not supplier
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for Mybeautyworld.Net were so quick to act on this problem, I should have contacted them straight away. I will be using Mybeautyworld.Net again, very customer focused and fantastic aftercare.
After around a week it stopped working, liquid was coming out the bottom while not in use then if I tried to put it on the light stayed on as if it was in use and more liquid came out of bottom.
I had previously a week before bought this direct from manufacturers and had same problems with both items which I should have stated in original review, as this is no reflection on my beautyworld.Net but a manufacturing issue.
