My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom Reviews 

Recently had both our new upstairs bathroom supplied & fitted, & a new small downstairs sink & toilet built into our existing front porch by My Beautiful Bathroom, & we are delighted with the results. The team were great throughout the whole process, the design & choice of products were amazing, & Daniel & his team who carried out the work, did so to perfection, & were a joy to have around. Both projects turned out beautifully. We would highly recommend using My Beautiful Bathroom. Thank you guys.

Friendly designer who was very thorough and walked us through everything. The contractors who fitted the bathroom were also very professional and my daughter is delighted with her chosen scheme. A missing part was a hitch but got tracked down. The price was very reasonable.

We chose to have our bathroom renovated by MBB based on the positive online reviews. Design happened in store including a visit to our home. We paid the amount for products. They then arranged a contracted fitter who contacted us a week before the fitting. Problems along the way:
1. Poor communication between design and fit team: At the planning stage, we decided to raise our ceiling height (previously a false lowered ceiling). Multiple emails back and forth documenting this and it cost us more in terms of tiling and fitting time. This was not communicated to our fitter. They started the bathroom at the lower ceiling height. When I told them it was to be raised, they said they hadn't allocated time for this. They had to pause the job for 1 week where we were left with no flushing toilet and no shower (it is the only bathroom in our house). MBB accepted fault but no compensation.
2. Poor home visit and design checks: We planned for an extractor fan- agreed with both the designer in store and reviewed by the person who did the home visit. Day 1 of the job, the fitter pointed out that this wasn't possible due to pipework outside. By this stage, we didn't have time to arrange a ceiling fan through the roof.
3. Poor understanding of product by the design team: I specifically asked (before products were ordered) whether our flush button would be accessible with the toilet seat up. In an email, the designer said that the flush plate could be moved up to allow this. This was incorrect and at the fitting stage we were shown a fixed panel. We have to put the seat down every time we flush (I appreciate people have opinions on whether they would want this or not but it's specifically what we wanted).
4. Poor design: No consideration was made for our toilet roll holder. When I realised there was no space for one beside the toilet, I was advised by the designer that the toilet roll could just sit on the shelf behind the toilet.
5. Our toilet was plumbed into the hot water. Every time we flushed the toilet, the boiler came on. The plumber apologised for this and it was rectified.
6. Frustrating communication at all stages: When the bathroom was on pause, there was some uncertainty as to when the fitter was returning. We had no flushing toilet or shower. I called and emailed MBB multiple times before I would ever get a response. When I emailed a complaint at the end of the job, it's taken 3 weeks and 2 chaser emails to get a response. They have confirmed that we will get no financial compensation for the above.

Everything from planning through to delivery and fitting was first class. Super speedy, all members of the team were very professional and friendly and we couldn't be happier with our finished bathroom and ensuite! Would recommend for sure!

Got my bathroom done few weeks ago absolutely delighted fabulous job done by Martin and John had few problems with old pipe work Martin was a star and resolved everything looks fabulous .

What an excellent experience! From start to finish it was an easy process working with the team at My Beautiful Bathroom, working through the designs and making a plan. We couldn't speak highly enough of Stephen Watson, the fitter. He was friendly and professional, interested in every detail and kept us informed all the way through. He and his team have done such a beautiful job fitting the new bathroom and we are so pleased with the end result. We now have the perfect family bathroom; it's modern, fresh and bright looking and very easily cleaned (ideal with 2 young kids using it!) Would highly recommend!

We have just had a new bathroom fitted by 'My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom' and couldn't be happier with the results. The whole experience working with the team has been exceptional, from the initial planning stages, through to the scheduling and completion of the job their work has been fantastic. Their great communication has meant we've always been fully updated of the scheduling at each stage and everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Our bathroom is tiny and in an old building which makes it a very tight and irregular space to work with but what they've achieved is amazing and exactly what I wanted. Special mention to our fitter Paul who really went above and beyond to produce a fantastic result in what was an incredibly tricky space to work with. I have been recommending them to all my friends and will definitely be using them again when we are in a position to replace our kitchen!

Recent renovation of shower room carried out. Stephen and his team were very professional, and completed the work to a very high standard. They took great care to tidy up once finishing the work and left the house spotless. Follow up from Sharon was great, ensuring that we were happy with everything. Second time we’ve used the company and would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience getting my new bathroom. The process was hassle free right from the start, and I was very impressed with how quickly everything went. Martin, the fitter, was very friendly and it felt like the project was completed in no time at all and to a very high standard.

Great service, excellent fitting done most professionally, with care and attention given by Karolina in Edinburgh branch to supporting changes when requested and to responding to queries. Their fitter Stuart Edwards and his team were most professional, very dedicated and strongly committed to their work, resulting in completing jobs required ahead of schedule. Follow through and tidying up after job was very professionally done.

I went with this company for my new bathroom project after a recommendation from a work colleague, who had used them before. The whole process was seemless, from visiting the showroom to get plans drawn out, the home visit to check measurements as well as the installation team. Martin and Simon worked really hard and were very tidy. I would have no hesitation is having them work in my house again. There was one small snagging issue, which we noticed after a couple of days but my wife called Martin to ask about this and he came back to the house within a couple of hours and sorted it. All in all, I can recommend this company to anyone looking for a bathroom refit.

Kieron and the whole team at My Beautiful Kitchen did a brilliant job of creating and building a new kitchen for us. The work was done in time and to our complete satisfaction.

We have had a great experience from start to finish. Ewan at the Glasgow office was great and went through lots of different options with us. We took our time deciding what we wanted and went back to speak to him several times, he was very patient and understanding with us throughout the whole process. Our bathroom was fitted by Stephen and his team. I can't praise them enough, they arrived right on time every day and didn't stop working until they left. Stephen was always happy to answer any questions we had, and he and his team were always polite and very professional. They did a fantastic job, and we are delighted with the results. I have no hesitation in recommending My Beautiful Bathrooms to anyone who wants a company they can trust to do a great job.

Design Process was thorough, and offered alternatives, All tiles, wall coverings had samples you could look at to help decide. 3 - D designs were sent immediately.
Once design was agreed, timescales were really quick. The installation team were knowledgeable and worked until they finished the project. They were tidy ,efficient and approachable.
Really pleased with final outcome which was completed in a week, and to budget

We couldn’t be happier with our recent refit of both family bathroom & ensuite. The entire team at “MY BEAUTIFUL BATHROOM” made the extensive project seamless from start to finish. Our initial meeting with Adele was welcoming, informative, professional & she put us at ease & explained the process. The products are stunning & have exceeded our expectations. The communication throughout has been timely, friendly & helpful. David & Gary were in charge of the installation & completed the project to the highest of standards. Their advice was invaluable along the way & they were respectful of every area of the property, ensuring that protective materials were covering floors & every day they left everything tidy. This company has earned a 5-star review not only because of overall quality but also because of the customer support it offered in solving installation problems.

First, the design service for our new ensuite shower room at the Edinburgh showroom was comprehensive, and Karolina was helpful and receptive to our needs – we chose to source some tiles privately from a separate supplier, and this was no problem. The subsequent survey was thorough.

Second, the installation was fine as well, although it took longer than the estimated week, largely because the tiling took a long time (large area, but small tiles). We expected disruption and this was kept to a minimum.

Third, we had a few of snagging items: some new shelves were loose and needed to be refitted, the water in the shower had to be made hotter and rubbish from the old shower room wasn’t removed as quickly as promised. These things were addressed quickly (and it would have been disappointing if they hadn’t been). So far, so good.

Fourth, and this is where a big problem began, our downstairs neighbour reported a leak – a small leak but a leak nonetheless – from our shower into her hallway. The long and the short of this is that it took over 3 months to get this fixed, including lots of testing and fix attempts that didn’t succeed. This was frustrating experience for both us and our neighbour. Eventually, however, the leak was fixed and our neighbour’s ceiling was made good, both replastered and repainted.

I want to mention Natalie in customer support: without her persistence and, in the end, having to arrange for a separate fitter to fix our neighbour’s ceiling I think my review would be quite critical and disapproving. She rescued a bad situation and deserves credit for this review.

In summary, after careful consideration I’m happy to give 5 stars. Our new shower room is as good as we hoped it would be. The problem we – and our neighbour – encountered was indeed unfortunate and took some time to fix, but it did get fixed in the end. In other words, if you’re looking for a company that won’t leave you with a problem, should one occur, and that will put time and effort into solving it, then this is that sort of company. That is our experience anyway. I think we would use them again, perhaps for our main bathroom.

I highly recommend My Beautiful Bathroom. From first appointment at showroom to completion of bathroom, the attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was impressive.
Marcin and his team were very hardworking, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond my expectations.
I would have no hesitation in recommending My Beautiful Bathroom.
