Great place to have a hosting account!

I've had a hosting account at myasp.net for many years and they've been great! Very little down time. Good communication about changes. Reasonable plans with lots of features. A decent interface for account management, and really responsive support! Every incident I've have, and there have been very few, have been resolved within 24 hours.

Same here

Same here. All of my websites are down as well as the database servers. I've been a customer for many years, and I haven't had a problem, but to not respond to customers is not a good sign. Did the company burn down or something? Not happy with the lack of communication. If something is wrong, tell us. Post a page somewhere. Send emails. Do something.

Edit: I finally got a message, so I'm changing my rating. I wish it would have come sooner though.

Today system down since 9 hours

The system has been down for the past 9 hours, and I have not received any response from support.
The website, database, and backup are all down.
It's strange that you can't access the backup so what's the benefit?

I have been using MyAsp NET for a year…

I have been using MyAsp NET for a year and I had no problems deploying my applications with very little downtime and excelent support when I need it. I would recommend it over other providers because of the good balance it has when you compare price/quality/services. Very good notifications when they update some services or do maintainance so you always be aware of any possible downtime you could expirience.

Reliable and Credible Free Hosting Service

I have a couple of websites hosted in MyASP.net and I just like their speed and reliability. Their 2months free trial is also very useful and I like their move to password-protect the trial website links to prevent them from being used in spam or fake websites, which I think is a plus because it prevents abuse of the platform making it more credible.

the platform is very easy to use and have a lot of support documents.

the realtime support is very useful and responsive.
I have faced many times that I neded a realtime support for online projects and I got the suport I neded to maintain my online projects.
the integration with .net projects is 100% I use the same files from VS2022to the deployment platform
