We ordered Penta Glo lights and were in touch with Mary. She was very professional, fast in responding, gave us a very good price quotation and was very helpful and kind as well. And on top of it she even made it possible to receive the lamps before summer closing.

I was sooo leery to make a MAJOR purchase with a company overseas. I had already tried to purchase the exact same product with Archiproducts, and had had a HORRIBLE experience, and was out a nice piece of change from calling Italy several times to no avail. But Mary at My Area Design was clear, honest, communicated several times by email, and delivered what she said would be delivered. I now have my beautiful Riva 1920 Maui Chair. And I couldn't be happier with the service at My Area Design. It's not a scam, folks. There's a real person on the other end, and she does a GREAT job.

Great products and super efficient service. My Area Design have a very extensive range of excellent products, from affordable (but stylish) to ultra high-end. I have found it a pleasure to deal with them - especially the extremely clear, helpful and responsive communication from Mary - and following a successful small initial purchase have gone back several times and had the same experience.

It would be even perfection if the day and date of delivery were announced on the tracking software before the actual delivery.

Excellent service. They expected motor would arrive in 3-4weeks but received it already after 3 days!

I ordered a furniture item for EUR 2,000 at this merchand. After receiving the product, it turned out that the product ordered and included in the technical offer sent by the merchant was not the same one than the one I had requested initially (I had even sent a picture of the item...). Not one conciliatory gesture by the merchant! This a not serious for a so-called premium distributor. Last time I will order via this website.
