Possibly the most useless customer service agents in the industry. Avoid at all costs. Use ADP or something; they can't be as bad as these guys.

This company does not divulge all of the charges. You get blindsided when you see your monthly bill. Look forward going back to my old payroll company who is honest and has the best customer service.
