I havent received my items y’et, and i can see that its a fake site with fake products. I have been trying to contact Them, but no answers at all! Nor on Instagram or on e-mail. I want to cancel my order and get my money back asap!

Customer service is disgusting.. i had written couple of emails for a refund as still haven’t received my product.. i placed an order on 10th nov and still i dont see any progress.. please refund me back my amount asap.. you should respect customers valuable time here..i paid 80$ for the products which didnt arrive yet. I dont really care how good the product is, it doesnt meet customer satisfaction level.. i need my money back asap

Finding products for combo skin is so hard, but this one nails it. My T-zone feels less oily, and my cheeks are softer than ever. The packaging was secure, and it arrived sooner than expected. Honestly speaking, I’ve never been happier with a skincare product!

these products are FAKE! I used Anua a year ago and ordered it through Yesstyle. This time I ordered here and thought this was the original page, but they look slightly different compared to the old products. This set also contains tons of perfume-containing substances that are not in the original Anua.

They are scammers and are not the real Anua! I ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order. The website says it is 4-9 days delivery to Ireland which is a complete lie. All they will give you is excuses when you get in touch with them and send you a tracking link that hasn’t been updated in 3 weeks. Do not order from them!

Purchased the products from Myanua on 27october and today is 16november I still have not received anything. Delivery time for UK is said to be 3to 7 days and that is a lie. I have tried to reach out and all I get from them is tracking links and apologies which do not help me. I have asked for a refund of my money and still all I receive is apologise and tracking link. This company to me is a scam and anyone thinking of buying anything from Myanua should not
