Nice to have a garage which was clean to sit in, with polite staff , and female staff as well. The first time I have felt really comfortable whilst waiting for a tyre replacement!

What a great experience. I initially wanted just one wheel refurbished due to some light curbing from the previous owner, but decided to take the opportunity to have all four wheels freshened up. They were able to keep my vehicle onsite while the work was carried out, which was a huge convenience.

The finished result was fantastic and very reasonably priced. A particular shout-out to Ella and Aaron for their excellent customer service and clear communication throughout. Highly recommended 🙂

Being a woman knowing little about cars, when told I needed to have my front wheel straightened I panicked, but My Alloys Basingstoke sorted it out very quickly for me. Polite, obliging and efficient staff.

I had my alloy wheels refurbished at MyAllows in Basingstoke and a superb job was carried and staff were very courteous
However , I was very disappointed to discover that I was charged a one off £15 for storage of the car whilst work was being carried out. Not a great customer experience!

I had 4 new tyres fitted to my van today at My alloys and can honestly say it has to be one of the friendliest & most efficient Garage services I have ever experienced. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Riley & the team to my family & friends & I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Replaced tyres on new wheels. Fitted new wheels to car. Excellent service as always. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to others.

Had my Porsche curb rashed black satin wheels repaired and recoated to black gloss. Fantastic job!
Only challenge was the TPMS valves were silver which didn’t match the wheels, however The team at MYALLOYS responded in such a professional manner by researching all available suppliers and managed to source black sensors which matched their high quality requirements to meet customer expectations. Kept me updated throughout and called me to book me in for a change over - wheels look great - thanks so much to Angel, Riley and the whole team !

Had my wheels repaired that rac damaged and wouldn't repair so I paid amazing job ,sorted out quickly amazing customer service and work that they all done ,thank u very much and would recommend you to every one have a good Christmas
