My password for this account is my SSN. I don't know the security implications of this but I would never give my permission to use the SSN as a password. This password was assigned by a financial institution of its own volition. They have a right to my SSN but not a right to publish it.

Website functionality is absoutely terrible. Password reset does not work. Good luck trying to use their online platform! Customer service told us they would have to get us over to web support to resolve account access issues for their site. Was transfered back to regualr customer assistance. Gave up online, and now just call and pay via telephone.

Garbage internet platform. Haven’t been able to access my account. Password hasn’t worked in months, customer service call resulted in “call us back in two hours and try again.” Thank god I’m on auto draft for my bill amount. Was tricked into believing the credit card was through my credit union, however once approved I was turned onto a whole different log in etc. (READ THE FINE PRINT) I would never refer anyone to this company. Elan financial sucks.

This is the AKA for Elan Financial which handles credit cards for Fidelity and ENT CU in Colorado. It had worked well for years, but suddenly the website has turned a simple gray/black and announced it is remodeling for "our" benefit (my words). However, it has been this way for 2 months and growing and no longer allows Quicken downloads, etc. Whatever they are doing has destroyed a formerly decent company.
