no response to queries
Four days ago I left a message in the customer service of the brand’s website about several products that I would like to purchase. Still no answer. Two days later I repeated the request. All I get back is that they have logged my request and will respond immediately. “Immediately” means a year from now in their understanding? Very disappointed with their service. They don't seem to need any clients.

Very lovely jewelry that lasts! I bought myself a necklace a good year ago and I’m super happy with it. Not only does it look beautiful, it also is very durable.
