Scammers!
I confirmed my ticket and had to pay €0,79 with my creditcard. 3 days later they take €79,00 from my creditcard for a membership????? The membership costs €79,00 for every 3 months. My bank told me they know about this “membership”.
I wrote to my trip online and told them they are scammers and demanded a refund.
They send me an e-mail telling me that they stopped my membership but would not return back my €79

Useless bad service
Useless bad service! Feels like I get scammed actually! Wasn’t even clear that I have to pay 80€ for the first couple months subscription!
They didn’t check in and keep saying that there is incorrect information and sending unclear mails with no direct link! I didn’t even know that is very expensive paid service until they took the money from my bank account!
I had contact with them at the same day asking for refund because of misunderstanding and not satisfied experience but ofcourse they didn’t give me 1€ back because the free trial was done (they didn’t even send a mail about that!)
